They make you wait on hold for the better part of an hour to speak to someone. They won’t let you see your doctor in a timely manner. Any wait longer then a week to see your primary care doctor is unacceptable and dangerous. The plain and simple of it is they have horrible service and only respond in a manner that leaves you feel like your being babysat. I wish they would step up and behave in a responsible manner.
