I called today and was lucky enough to get an appointment on the same day. Megan was the receptionist and was very friendly. Justine, my hygienist was very knowledgeable, thorough, friendly and gentle. She was patient, answered all my questions and took her time to show me and explain my problem areas. Dr. Carla was everything. I love her already. She’s conservative and thoughtful. I trust her judgment. So happy to be apart of Sheldon family Dentistry.

Dr. Carla and Dr. Ali are great! I appreciate their warm, friendly family atmosphere. My whole family has dental care with them and I am very pleased with their dentistry skills. They have gone above and beyond to make us comfortable, and to get to know us as people..not just patients. I also appreciate the hygienist, Justine. She does a nice thorough job and is very friendly and skilled.

I came in to get a quote for implants and met with Dr. Ali Ismail, he explained the process thoroughly and let me ask as many questions as I needed, also let me know I can call anytime if I need clarification once I get home. Dr. Ali Ismail is amazing. He worked with me for a year while I waited for my implants to be ready for a bridge. He even followed through and finished my bridge two days after the sudden 2020 March Shutdown because he knew I had waited so long for my new teeth (6 front teeth). My teeth are so beautiful now. After a year I have not had any problems with the bridge. The entire process was worth it considering my brand-new smile!

I liked the Dental Hygienist (I want to say Justine) who did a very good job cleaning my teeth and explaining the new method she was using. (new to me anyway). I like Dr Ali and Carlas chair side manners in explaining what I needed to do on a crown with a cavity under the crown. I would recommend seeing them to anyone. I am remiss in not commenting that Heather the Dental Assistant has good chair side manners and a good way of explaining what is going on.

From the safety protocols, to the up-to-date equipment, to the friendly and helpful staff and to the excellent dentists, everything combined put me at ease. Dr Ali is not only extremely competent but very gentle. He explained everything throughly both before he started and after he finished, showing me by camera & monitor the work he had done. Oh my gosh! Ive been looking for a dentist that takes my insurance. My neighbor have been going to this practice for about 20 years. I left a message on a Wednesday (closed) and I received a text message from Dr. Ali around 7 p.m.! Id bet that those dentists are free and far between. He personally answered the few questions that I had. The receptionist that I spoke with the next morning was wonderful, knowledgeable and very patient. The appt went great! The inside looked so clean and updated. Justine, my hygienist was thorough. I felt as though everyone focused on me. My neighbors were right! Loved the experience! A phenomenal practice. Would even drive a distance if I lived further away.

I have been going to this dental office for over 15 years. As much as I miss Dr. Davis & Dr. Hayward, I am very pleased with the work of Dr. Ali and his staff. He is very gentle and patient with my dental needs. I had some anxiety about a male dentist, but he is just as gentle as the female dentist I have had and listens to my concerns. The front desk staff, Lori & Carol are wonderful and so nice. They make me feel like family and are so patient with all the rescheduling I do around my job. I recently had to get in for a tooth that was causing pain and was able to get in quickly and get it taken care of. He also does root canals, my husband needed one and we didnt need to be referred out, so that was amazing! Really happy with the new dentists and the amount of dental work he is capable of doing at quality work. My family and I will continue to go to this practice!

The Sheldon Family Dental was able to get me in on short notice.. I had been experiencing a throbbing tooth for a week and I expressed my concern that there really was something amiss. Recently had my semi-annual cleaning for the first time with Dr. Ali and I have to say that this was one of the most thorough cleanings I have ever had. I’m interested in Invisalign so Dr. Ali took the time to explain the process of getting started. He wasn’t pushy or over selling me which I appreciated.

I enjoyed meeting a new dental hygienist yesterday. Because I need a dose of antibiotics before my cleaning, Im always a little queasy, and she considerately asked about my preferred toothpaste flavor. I explained that intense flavor of any kind makes queasy even queazier. My guess is that she used just enough flavored toothpaste to get the job done well. (Lots of rinses, too!) It was the most comfortable cleaning I can remember. Thanks.

I had a broken tooth. Dr. Carla removed the filling, cleaned the site, built up the broken tooth, took impressions, made the temporary crown, placed it on the tooth, and sent the impression out to have the permanent crown made. I will have the permanent crown in place within a couple of weeks. I’m not a fan of dentists, but they did a great job. Thank you so much.
