The whole staff was professional and extremely nice and welcoming! The doctor came in immediately and checked my teeth, and I was out of there in 30 minutes. I just want to be clear: they did not clean my teeth in a fashion to get me out of the office. I floss at least three times a day and brush at least that many times. That is one of the reasons the cleaning was quick. Even though my mouth was clean, the dental assistant still went through every step In cleaning my teeth! I would very much recommend Cherokee Dental! A wonderful experience all around ! They even let my son wait in the waiting room without complaint.

The entire staff was very friendly and they did a great job on my teeth! They were very eager to answer any questions, and genuinely care about their patients and their oral health. They went above and beyond, even offering sunglasses to patients in case the overhead light was too overwhelming during their cleaning. I went in for a cleaning and they did the best job of any practice I have ever been to! My teeth looked and felt very clean afterward, and my hygienist was very patient, gentle, and precise during my cleaning. I was once someone who hated going to the dentist, but my experience there has definitely changed that! Overall, I had a great experience, and would HIGHLY recommend them!

The dental hygienist, Hope, is amazing! She is very patient and will talk you through everything she is doing and what she sees. She is very calming and makes the long drive to the dentist worth it. The front office staff are also incredibly kind and never have a bad day!

The name implies it all. Every single employee treats you like family. There is a relaxed but very professional atmosphere. The Doctors and staff take time to discuss procedures and options for every treatment. They are very detailed and thorough with even the simplest examinations. However, all the Doctors on staff great and I how no reservations to have them work on my teeth if Nick is not available.

Great experience! We moved to Canton about 6 months ago, and I was overdue for a checkup and cleaning. I chose this practice because of the great reviews, and I wasnt disappointed.Theyre taking appropriate covid-19 precautions. Youre asked to wait in your car until they have an exam room open. They text you when theyre ready, so theres no time sitting in waiting room.Hygienist (named Hope, I think) was thorough and asked a lot of good questions about my teeth. She seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort during the exam and cleaning. Dr. McDonald followed up with oral and thyroid cancer screen, checked several areas where Im having some issues with my teeth, and made some treatment recommendations.I trust their evaluation, enjoyed everyones pleasant and positive attitude, and will return for the recommended followup work.

Everyone at Cherokee Family Dental is wonderful. Amanda always greets me with her welcoming smile & cheerful Hello! . Tish was so thoughtful to make sure she had the correct insurance information so they would be able to give me an estimate for the treatment the Doctor determined I needed. All of the assistants, Kaylee, Nikki & Tori seem to be aware that it can sometimes make you anxious just pulling into the parking lot of a dental office so they make a point of treating their patients more like family and are so caring. The Doctors listen to your concerns and are great to explain why they recommend the treatment they do. I feel confident that I am receiving the best care. The office was great to get me in quickly for my tooth ache and now I can enjoy eating without pain again.

I have always had good experience at this office. I was prepped yesterday for a crown replacement, ie, impressions etc and received a temporary which fits and feels good. The person who did the temporary did an excellent job. Good work!.

My experience at Cherokee Family Dental far exceeded expectations. I was coming in for a cleaning and coincidentaly had an extremely painful tooth ache the night before. They got me in immediately that morning thanks to a cancellation and remove the tooth painlessly and for a reasonable fee. The Dentist explained in detail what he was going to do and how to care for it after the extraction. The staff at Cherokee Dental, without exception, are the kindest and most professional I have ever experienced for Dental care. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Koegal filled two cavaties with the new white filling product and got it done in about 30 minutes with no pain or disomfort to speak of. He and his aassistant were very professional and thorough. Have had no issues in the past until I had a routine cleaning and they chipped a tooth. When I went back to have it fixed I was charged $130 to my insurance and paid $60 out of pocket. Pretty ridiculous when it was their fault.

The employees and dentists were extremely pleasant as always, but the procedure took longer than normal, and was slitely unpleasant
