Kaylee Lint is amazing!! Gave me the cut and color EXACTLY what I was going for. She helped me narrow down my ideas and gave me helpful input for what would work best for me. A few days later I decided to make an appointment for her fix my teen daughters hair that her n her bff chopped all up n shaved- Kaylee once again did an amazing job. My daughter was beyond thrilled with the outcome... At first, I wasnt real sure on the color she was going with but Kaylee reassured me it would look good with my daughters skin tone n facial features(I was worried it was going to be too dark on her). I was so wrong n I totally LOVE LOVE LOVE the color. It turned out beautifully. We were BOTH beyond satisfied with Kaylee and will definitely be back.If youre looking for an honest, caring n super sweet hair stylist- Kaylee is your girl!

At a “spa”, I guess I expected a relaxing experience and great pedi. Booked spa pedicure and got the basic. Although I appreciate them talking to each other about not over charging us, I would have at least liked to be consulted if I still wanted the spa pedi instead of just giving me basic. Still confused about that since they said they had the ticket saying Spa. The girls were nice and all, but there was no cleaning around the nails or cuticle clipping that you’d expect from a pedi experience. But hey… polish color is great and the chair was nice. Could’ve given myself that at home and saved $90. Wouldn’t come to this spot again.

Staff was extremely friendly, but my hair didnt turn out exactly how I wanted. Its darker. If we would have done a Malibu first it would be fixable. But now I have to Malibu and then do another highlighting round. Just disappointin and now I have to go back and spend even more money to get what I wanted the first time. But the stylist and staff were all extremely nice.

Not a good experience the second time around. Went in wanting to do a copper/ginger color over my previous balayage and I left with VERY harsh demarcation lines all over! The toner she applied was gorgeous however, the root color that was put on wasn’t even blended down far enough! I didn’t see this until my sister mentioned it to me the next day when I had my hair half up/half down. I contacted the stylist to see if we could fix this because it was way too obvious and I was able to get in a couple days later from the initial appointment. I mean those lines are clearly noticeable and would have been seen when styling my hair. I just feel like this was rushed and there could have been a better outcome. You should not let a customer leave the salon like that. I wasn’t in a hurry and would have been happy to wait if needed (I was just unsure of company policy not knowing Id be charged anyway). I was under the assumption a master stylist would be fixing this as most salons usually do this if there’s a mistake but I was put with someone else. I just wanted the root color to match as close to my natural hair color at this point and it blended into the rest of my hair like it should have been. Not even 10 days later from that appointment and the demarcation lines are back!!! I was charged $50 to fix the mistake and I shouldn’t have been. So $300+ between both appointments and my hair is a mess with the demarcation lines and three different colors on my hair. Toner has completely washed out, lots of breakage on bleached parts and it looks like I never had a haircut by the way my ends look. The first picture is how it looked after the appt (16th), next two days in better lighting showing what it looked like underneath, last picture is not even two weeks after having hair “corrected” (19th). The girls are very, very nice here which is why I’m leaving 2 stars but sadly I will never be returning.

When I tried to get a next day hair appointment this was the only place that could get me in. Everyone was nice and Nadia did a fantastic job on my hair.

Jeff is a great owner (he cut my hair for years until he retired to focus on the business) Brenda took over for him a while back and is not only an amazing hair stylist but also a awesome person! Mina did my cut and color for me this time and she was absolutely phenomenal! This is the second time Ive been there and Ive not been disappointed. Everyone is friendly and willing to help get you what you want.

I took my roommate their to get her hair done and Shelby did an excellent job. This was her first time going to a salon and this place was excellent. I cant say the same for the one on Turkeyfoot as I accidentally went there first. Extremely rude and would never send my worst enemy to them. To all the staff thank you for treating her like she deserved.

Staff was super friendly and the salon massage chairs were very nice. Everything was clean and welcoming. For the high price of their mani-pedis, I dont feel like I got my moneys worth. Not only were the requested stripes extremely uneven, but the polish chipped off the next day, even after showering with gloves on and being super mindful of my nails (I dont have long nails). I didnt get the gel polish, but usually normal polish lasts for at least 2-3 days when being careful. On two of the nails the polish that chipped off peeled my nails a little. Even my toe polish chipped off after the first week, when normally they last two weeks or more. By the time of the wedding I was in (the next day, under 28 hours later) a few of my fingers only had half the polish left, so I had to hide them for the pictures. The overall pedi experience was nice and relaxing. For the price, I wasnt satisfied, if it was a little cheaper I would have been happier, especially given how nice the location and staff was.

I have taken my family here for a few years now. The price is a little heavy but if you want something done right the first time then you have to pay for it. We have had some differences but they have stood by all of the products and services they offer, every time. Overall, I am very happy with the staff! They always go over and above to make my daughters feel special and that means a ton to me. I will always do business here but I will always expect to drop some cash.

When I told the girl I was going on vacation next week and I wanted the same colors I had last time she talked me into doing different colors which turned my hair gray spent 5 hours fixing it and it is nothing like what my hair is supposed to look like on top of that underneath I have patches of blond so Im a nurse and cant wear my hair up. And got charged for highlights and lowlights when clearly my hair is dark all over except for the random patches underneath. Then my charge for color was 122.00. Been going there for years never had a problem. I wont be going back! I cant even fix it for 3 months so Im stuck with brassy dark hair with patches underneath for 3 months. Told I was getting a discount but my bill was 122 and left with awful hair.

This company really cares about the community. Also, I bought a maternity massage and my wife absolutely loved it.

DO NOT GO HERE. I am 16 years old and went to the salon by myself for the first time with my friend. I asked for a medium blonde to a white blonde ombre. Cheyenne Goehler was my stylist and I told her my budget was $300, but I didnt want to go up that high. She told me she would keep it under $180, so the whole time she was doing my hair I assumed she was keeping it under $180. When I went to pay I was told that the total was $292. My hair is fried and is not at all like the picture I showed her. My hair does NOT look worth the money I spent. I came back later with my grandma and we spoke with stylish manager Jackie. She accused me of lying and said she was told that Cheyenne said she would keep it under $280 which was not at all true. She was very disrespectful. My father later went in and was told that they made a mistake because I wasnt given a waiver, so I will be given a refund and a professional with more experience will fix my hair. I am extremely disappointed, as I have never dyed my hair ombre before and expected more from this salon. I will never be coming back and was completely taken advantage of. I am disgusted at the disrespect and immaturity of the workers at this salon.
