I had lots of dental work when I was younger and never had anything explained to me as to what and why it was being done. Dr. Vaughn and Dr. Morgan are the best at explaining what you need and why! The staff here is the best, always have a smile on their face and very attentive to your needs. They definitely make you look forward to your next visit!

Also, Dr Morgan just sounds knowledgeable when she speaks, the equipment is modern and of high tech quality, her staff is extremely nice and I just feel comfortable and safe in her care. Visiting Dental Solutions office for care is not in my insurance network but that’s just how much I think it’s totally worth it to pay the extra buck for the BEST dentist around town. Dr. Ruth has been my dentist for over 25 years. Honestly, the service that she provides is stellar, bar none! The professional staff is top notch, offering hospitality as well as understanding for whatever situation I happen to be facing at the time of my visit. I got my braces there at the ripe old age of 45. My experience was amazing and my results are fantastic! Like most people, I am very busy and I dont have a lot of free time. When you arrive for your appointment, the wait is minimal, to say the least. Makes you feel like you are priority one! Even the services are on point! I mean, my crown was 3-d printed RIGHT THERE IN THE OFFICE! Amazing! Every precaution has been taken in consideration of the pandemic. I am so pleased with the service here. My boys are her patients, as well! But the clencher is this: following my last appointment, Dr. Ruth personally called the next day to check up on me. Made me feel like family!

I have learned that there are 2 types of dentists: One makes you sit in a cold, quiet, intimidating waiting-room until its your turn for the guy in the back to inflict the pain of a thousand medieval curses upon you. Dental Solutions serves coffee in a lounge and lets you take silly photos with the piggy-nose air mask. Choose wisely.

I have always hated going to the dentist. Dr. Morgan and her staff made me feel right at home. The customer service is superior, they even checked on me after I left the office to make sure that I was okay. I would recommend her practice to anybody!!!

I called to schedule an appointment. The assistant was extremely rude. She answered the phone and said, Hello! I responded, Hello?? Is this a place of business? At that point I didnt know if I had dialed the correct number. Her response was, Yea what do you need?? She never even greeted me properly. She continued to be rude. I told her I would just hang up and call back to get someone more professional. I did just that and got someone with better people skills, but by that time, I no longer wanted to give my business to a company that was portrayed that way. Unfortunately, I never even made it through the door.

My experience was great. Everyone was so nice and friendly I felt very comfortable and relaxed the whole time I was there. The best part about it was Dr Morgan called to check on me later that evening and I really appreciate that. You all are awesome
