Dr. Selden and Mary are the best. I am 41 and have had neck issues from degenerative disc in my C3, 4, and 5 that kept me from performing activities (weight lifting , exercising ) that I love and enjoy for a period of one to two years. My wife told me to stop by and check them out. I had tried several places before for therapy and other methods that did not work.
