What a great place. I’ve been coming for about 3 years. All of the staff are friendly, professional and caring. There is much concern shown for your healthy. Also the facility is very clean!!

Unbelievably unprofessional I had 1 visit about 7 years ago because they offered a Free consultation with a 50.00 visit. Afterwards they have hounded me for past 7 years for additional Money. I paid Cash for my visit and they continued to bug me for services. I would not advise anyone to go here. Do not let them put your Bank Card on File either. Feeling is they are a SCAM or could just be the girl that waited on me? First and only time was terrible my Back was worse afterward. About 6 years ago 1 of the girls called me saying I owed them 100 bucks I said for what they said they had put me in a Special Chair and that was not included in the initial visit??? Fast forward 7 years later I get a collection letter from a Scam Attorney I looked up in Livonia. Advice they should be transparent and let there customers and New Patrons know up front what they intend to do and what are the costs both of which were not explained.

I was VERY apprehensive about seeing a chiropractor in general but the minute I walked into the building I felt welcomed and confident that I was in the right place. I have only been going for 3 weeks so i have only seen 3 of the 4 doctors at the facility but so far, I am very comfortable with my choice. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love this place! The entire staff is always friendly and professional. Dr. Music is great at what he does and always makes me feel comfortable. The massage therapists are awesome, but, I always see Samantha when possible as she knows exactly what shes doing and is just a great personality to be around. I would recommend Broad Family Chiropractic to anyone looking for a nice, clean environment with a genuine staff thats willing to assist you to wellness.

Ive been a patient for about six years. I love the integration of exercises, adjustments, traction and massage (and supplements, aromatherapy). The doctors will spend as much time as needed with you addressing your individual issues. All the massage therapists are great as well. Beautiful atmosphere. I always leave feeling lighter then when I arrived!

I have been to many different chiropractors over the past 30 years. Dr. Eric is one of the best I have seen. I generally see Dr. Eric, but I like having the opportunity to see other doctors if he is not available. The front office staff is always welcoming and will help with any insurance issues that have come up. Having the ability to receive massage when I get an adjustment is a tremendous bonus. Great place!

I have been going to Broad Family Chiropractic for many years and feel confident in recommending this whole health care center. I suffered for a long time with back pain and visited many different care facilities in pursue of feeling better. You do not need to make an appointment to come in for a visit. Surprisingly, I rarely wait to be seen more than a few minutes. I now get regular massages to keep my back feeling great! I have been going to Broad Chiropractic for over 9 years now. Ive seen all of the Doctors over the years and really cant pick a favorite. They all are knowledgeable and helpful and always help me to feel better no matter what is ailing me. I also regularly get massages there too. I havent seen all the massage therapists but of the ones I have, Im sure they are all of the same professional caliber. I feel great and dont plan to ever leave my chiropractor!

Clean and comfortable environment. I like having the ability to do “walk in” adjustments so I can come at any time. I also like that I can choose which doctor I want to see. They all have a slightly different style which allows you to personalize your care. They offer great care for kids as well (and there are a few toys to help keep them busy! 😊) Spa is conveniently located inside. I’ve been getting massages there for headaches and TMJ issues and I’ve been happy with the care. Massage therapists and doctors are kind and concerned for the wellbeing of their clients.

Brittany Durand is always timely, considerate, and pleasant. She is a great addition to Broad and always makes sure my individual needs are met during each visit. She always finds balance between addressing my requests and providing skilled massages. I always enjoy coming to Broad and being welcomed by the staff and seen as an individual every time I come. I look forward to each appointment and happy to schedule more. I also appreciate the prepay massage specials Broad offers, it makes regulars like myself want to spend my money at this location. I have referred and purchased many massages as gifts. If I need chiropractic needs in the future I will make this my first stop.

Prior to becoming a patient at Broad Family, I had received on/off chiropractic care for the past 15 years. I started with Dr. Eric and Dr. John about a year ago, and it has been some of the best care Ive ever received. What I like best is its never the same adjustment; they always try new ways of doing things to see if I get better results. Ive also had a few massages there - always a phenomenal job, and the front desk staff are hilarious! I cannot say enough good things about this office.

I have been going to this office for a little over a month now, being referred here due to lower back/leg pain, and am extremely happy with my overall experience. My appointments with Dr. John Music have been very informative, he explained things in a way that was easy to understand, I felt that he was thorough and genuine, covering all bases that could be causing this pain. The office is extremely well run - they have a very smooth system to check in and in to see a doctor or massage therapist. The doctors each have their own style and are all excellent. They have flexible plans depending on insurance coverage and level of care you require. The front office staff are super friendly and greet you by name. Also amazing is the massage therapy side. Rivals the best massage Ive had at any spa and super relaxing environment. I love that when I feel something is off, I can just pop in and leave feeling better.

Incredible place. Knowledgeable and efficient doctors. They can touch my back and tell me where Im having trouble. Ive tested this. They ALWAYS keep me walking straight and even though they advise against it, I can do squats in the gym again, something that I was not able to do before going to Broad. Thanks guys, you are awesome.

With 4 chiropractors on staff there is always someone to fit your needs. Being an endurance athlete the care I have received at Broad has been instrumental in allowing me to follow my dreams and passions with marathons and long course triathlons. The massage therapists at Broad are phenomenal. They are very knowledgable and skilled in their jobs. Over all I have to give Broad Family Chiropractic an A++! This place is great if you would like to understand what is causing your discomfort as opposed to masking and prolonging it with medication. Number one best thing- there is actually coordination of care- all the docs have access to, update and actually read about you before adjusting you. They listen to your concerns, educate you about your case and work at you speed to help you along. The massage therapists are privy to it all and work with them to enhance the treatment. The front desk knows you. You dont need an appointment past the initial session. No one gives a massage like Samantha!!!! 50 stars for her :)

This place is great! I dont like going to doctors office or anything near it. But I gave this chiropractic office a chance when my low back pain got bad. This place has straightened me out and has helped me relieve my back pain. The staff are great and the place is clean. Couldnt get any better!

Amazing staff, always feel better physically and emotionally when I leave.

Dr. Karen was the doctor to figure out what was causing my throat swelling. She told every bit of detail of a car accident i was in 3 months prior. All I could do was agree with every detail. I went through a cat scan, regular doctor, and ears nose and throat specialist. Today i no longer look like a frog!! thank you for the years of service!!!

Excellent doctors and therapists.

I was really dissapointed. I wanted to come to Broad Family Chiropractic as a new patient. I was turned away because they do not take new patients for Saturday appointments. My work schedule would not allow me to come during the week and I asked if they could be flexible and please see me on a Saturday, which they said they could not.

This place rules!!! Also dont listen to Kristen P everyone knows shes crazy.
