Sabrina Lowe I think your review is so ignorant as I was here that day getting my hair done. Lashes do not take care of themselves first off, and you have to get them touched up every 2-3weeks! As far as the “talking about other employees” I was also here and that’s not what happened at all! They were stating a complaint about someone in here who wasn’t a employee! I have been coming here for years! This is the best salon around as far as quality, professionalism, and costumer service! Megan the owner has taken me from black, to bleach blonde, and to red, back to black, back to blonde and my hair is always BEAUTIFUL! My lashes are always PERFECT! I get more components then anything! Take care of your lashes and don’t expect them to take care of you ❤️! As far as “loud” this is a full salon not only a lash salon! There will always be clients and if that doesn’t work for you, that’s understandable but you should find another salon that only does lashes instead of taking time out of your day to bash someone who was so kind to you. This is truly the definition of having nothing better to do with your time. Xoxo love this salon and always will. I would give it 10 stars ⭐️ if I could!

My lashes look like I did them myself. They are flipping all kinds of directions. I can see the glue. Don’t go here for lashes. Making comments about your co-workers in front of your client is not professional. The noise level is out of control in this salon I mean if you expect to relax while your getting your lashes done this is not where you want to go.

I used Volume Hair and Lash Co. for the hair and makeup for my wedding on July 18th and am very happy with how everything turned out! Both Megans did a great job on the hair and makeup. Each of the bridesmaids, myself, and the mothers felt beautiful for the big day! I cannot thank these ladies enough for helping me feel and look my best for the wedding. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for wedding day hair and makeup!

I can not rave enough about Volume! Megan is a magician! I colored/cut (and damaged) my hair myself all summer and fall. It was dead and in desperate need of some magic and Megan delivered! Environment was laid back and I felt safe (we wore masks) for the entirety of my appointment. I highly recommend giving her a call!
