What can I say about Elida!! She’s just amazing, she knows exactly what she’s doing and you can tell she loves her job! My hair came out looking better than what I expected! I purchased a Groupon and paid a little extra on top but it was definitely worth it. Don’t have second thoughts in coming here, come and get your hair done by Elida! Carol did an amazing job! I was so nervous to come in just because I rarely ever cut my long hair and tbh I’ve never found a person that I trust. I really like the lady who does the waxes, but the policies they are enforcing during a pandemic is crazy!!! I called to reschedule a wax due to not feeling well. I was told that a $25 cancellation fee will be charged due to the 24hr cancellation policy. I understand and agree with the cancellation fee because I myself am a business owner who provide services to varies clients. I understand our time, schedule and income gets affected by cancellation. However, during a pandemic we have to pivot and make exceptions to good customers who choose to come back. Charging people a fee when they aren’t feeling well, trying to keep everyone else save is unrealistic.

I have found my new home. Lida and Tonya are the best. They are do talented and super friendly.I have had long hair most of my life but wanted a change.I walked in showed Lida a pic and I got exactly what I wanted. I cut about 9 inches off and I love it.LOVE THE COLOR TOO.The salon was super clean and they sanitized after each guest. Everyone had masks on and practiced social distancing.You will not be disappointed if you come here.I am back today with my 13 year old daughter and they are great with her and she is loving her experience here.

Lida was amazing! The experience made my day. Ive been looking for a new colorist and also needed a haircut, so i bought a Groupon to check out the salon. Lida met me at the door, took my temp, and proceeded on with the visit. She explained everything to me, and then helped me select the color and cut. I could tell right away that she is atop notch stylist. The salon was very clean, and I was very satisfied with the time it took... she even massaged my head while she shampooed. I Love, love, love the cut and color were decided on!

I would not recommend this place because I left with an uneven haircut. I told the lead stylist that I wanted a blunt haircut, after the blowout she kept cutting(which made me nervous because the ends were not straight nor my hair wet) she said she was just cutting to even it out. When I got home I straightened my hair and it’s uneven and in a v cut, which I did not want. Also, i had called her and asked if she would honor the $25 for the groupon and she said yes over the phone, and in person she charged me $35. It would have been fine if I had walked out with an even haircut. Anyways, now I have to go to someone else to even it out. I wouldnt recommend..

I spent over $150, and recieced a gift to this salon. I wanted a balayage to make myself feel beautiful again. I had fully virgin hair. Ive waited a few weeks to post this.. But i walked out with really chunky highlights... That end about 1 inch from my roots in some areas. Genuninly I would ve been better trying this with box dye in my bathroom. There are spots of where there are also large chunks with no highlights at all.. It wont let me post pics, but i wish i could.. I rarely go to get my hair done (hense the long virgin hair) and now im terrified to try and get this fixed..Please be careful..P.s. she also ripped through my wet, freshly bleached hair.. Im not tender headed, but now ive got crazy amounts of broken ends and weird lengths.. This is after i told her how I dont even brush my hair when its wet because im afraid of breaking my fine hairPps. I am positive i have the correct salon. I was hoping thay i could learn to love the color but i couldnt. You are in the same plaza as a dollar general, and a salvation army.

It was snowing all day and I had to cancel my appointment two hours before and the lady was rude saying I came to work although it was snowing. I understand its a last minute cancellation due to hectic schedule but there is a way to speak with your customers.Update: never buy a Groupon coupon for services here. The lady at the salon marked my coupon as redeemed although she admitted on this review that I hadnt taken any of their services. Also, the snow storm was updated close to 12 hours before and there could be issues the least you could be is empathetic towards your customers.

They had the best prices, so I decided to try them out. Best decision ever!! My mother and I will definitely be regular clients!

Irma immediately made me feel very welcome and at home, which is the opposite of what I was accustomed to a the large salon I had been going to for many years. I received a great haircut and asked for color advice. I decided to come back the next week for color and highlights. I have never received so many compliments on my haircolor or style, and often provide referrals to total strangers who ask me who does my hair. Lucy has also done my hair, and I highly recommend her. The prices are very reasonable. You will not regret giving them a try!

I have been seeing Brittany for over a year now and I followed her from another salon she worked at. She always does a fantastic job with my hair. She listens to what Im asking for and gives her professional advise about what we can do..given my fine hair..and it always comes out great. Shes a sweetheart and always willing to fix things if I dont like it (which happened only once bc my hair takes red too much lol).I have to say the store its self, I love the decor its so new and stylish. Irma performed microblading on me, and it was a tragic mess. I should have known from the start when she just eyeballed the levels and arches of my eyebrows instead of doing any measuring or making sure they were even. (Spoiler alert -- they were not.)She first outlines your brows with short hash cuts -- they look NOTHING like real hairs, even though looking like real hair is the point of microblading. Instead, I ended up with short hash lines on the perimeter of my brows that unfortunately havent faded in the least. Added to that, the other cuts she made are extremely thick and in odd directions, again not at all real-looking like theyre supposed to be. And, of course, the eyebrows are wildly uneven and misshapen.And this doesnt even go into her constantly answering the phone and scheduling clients during your procedure, like the fact youre getting cuts into your face isnt at all important, so you can wait on her.I go for a tattoo removal consultation tomorrow. Ive given this several months to see if it would fade or Id get used to it, but I cant get used to screwed up eyebrows. I even consulted a better-recommended aesthetician who said they were so bad theres nothing she could do to help, and recommended tattoo removal, and apologized on Irmas behalf because someone with so little skill should NOT be performing services like this that cannot be hidden when theyre so terrible.

I have no hair on my eyebrows .Irma did microblade for me .im very happy with the results .it looks very natural..She is an artist .I also got my hair done by Lida .She did a nice job . I will definitely be back .thank you Irma and Lida

Terrible customer service, I arrived at the place that supposed to open at 10am, for my 11am appt and they weren’t open. I didn’t get in until after my appt time. The place had a funky oder and not a salon oder. The staff that was their was incredibly rude and wouldn’t honor a Groupon and said oh next time blah blah blah. Had she been kinder about it I would have gotten my hair cut there but her demeanor was so unfriendly. I actually left and tried out a different salon for more money and worth it. Don’t go!!! Stay away, completely ghetto.

I went in to have my hair just touched up and a little more blended around. I didn’t ask for grey hair and blue streaks! You would like me to be patient? I’m sorry I didn’t want to be “patient” and walk around with grey and blue hair. I have many pictures if you would like to see this wonderful masterpiece that was done on my hair. I highly doubt you would walk around for a second the way my hair was left. Adding to your comment I was patient I left the salon went home washed my hair again combed through it and the blue just stuck out more. I understand when coloring is first done it takes a couple washes to wear off but once again I tried washing it ONCE and the blue just came out more. NO I could not be patient and walk around with grey and blue hair! Glad to have this expierence! Thank you.Let me start off with the staff has great customer service! As for the results of my hair I am absolutely dreading! I went in with a golden blonde just wanting my roots touched up and a few low/high lights to even my hair out. After she was finished it didn’t look as bad I could tell the color was off but considering it was just died I assumed after a wash or two it would all blend. Well it didn’t my hair turned out grey! It looked like I had blue highlights throughout my hair and my blonde is completely gone. My hair was grey and blue! I went to another salon ASAP to have it fixed and they couldn’t believe the results... I’m not here to bash this salon I’m just here to share my expierence. I seen other women in there who’s hair was absolutely beautiful after! As for me unfortunately a bad expierence.

I was in here on Saturday, after buying a Groupon. When I called to make my appointment the lady on the phone seemed annoyed that I had one, and why I didn’t start the conversation off, by telling her I had one. I didn’t see how it made a difference, but I believe that maybe the fact that I had one impacted the work.I got a balayage, and showed her a picture of a balayage, I had the same one done last year. She spent two hours working on my hair, and was very nice. Since the ends of my hair we’re still colored she said it would be 20 bucks more to go over it. But she never even colored those sides. (Still charged me)My hair does not look like I got a balayage, and everyone agrees. In the salon I said I liked it and left because her personality didn’t seem like she would be open to critism. I’m probably going to go to a different salon to redo it.

Living in Canton for the past 7 years Ive learned that most salons out here have pretty crappy stylists. I havent given any of them a shot in a year or two so I thought Id check out the Groupons. I urge you to read the rude, childish, bitter responses from this salon when someone voiced a complaint on Groupon. They respond with an utter lack of customer service knowledge, and illiteracy, with things such as I am sorry that you was not happy with the the steps of the measurement but the measurement was done and I make sure that no one leaves the salon without making sure I met their expectations. Im all for not taking responsibility if youve done nothing wrong, but I can say from experience it is awkward to tell the person smiling at you how unhappy you are with their services. Therefore these complaints should be taken seriously, and they clearly are not. With closed minds the salon will not exist for very long. I will never go here because that attitude will more than likely show through the haircuts/styles they give. Disgusting.
