2 years ago I came into their office in Canton because I had wax lodged in my left ear canal. At that time I was not a current patient because I was new to the Woodstock area. The office gladly set up an appointment for me and then got me into surgery the next morning to remove the wax while under sedation. They went above and beyond patient care. Diane and Sabrina each helped me and have continued to help me when I am in need of their services. The entire staff is outstanding and make each visit so warm and personal. I am so grateful to have found this practice and will continue to refer them.

My daughter was seen at this location today they treated her with complete kindness and a gentle hand. I would refer them to anyone. Very professional and caring extremely helpful staff, also answered all questions we had. We felt like a priority and that’s a wonderful feeling.

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful here. I saw Dr. Robinson who was very nice and explained things well to me in terms of what kind of procedure Ill need. Just waiting on a radiology barium study to be done.

I dont think I can explain well enough how awesome this entire practice is. Had some sinus surgery done with another doctor and practice a little while ago and really wish I had Dr. Van Tyl do the procedure instead. Fortunately, my husband will be going here for his. Everyones dedicated to providing the best service possible. And response time is amazing.

Saw Dr Robinson for surgery on my throat and he was amazing. He along with the entire staff were friendly, welcoming and professional. I had an amazing experience, had any questions answered and had excellent care by all.

My wife and I both have been hearing aid patients for a number of years. Im on my fourth set of hearing aids. Steve Sick and the folks at Ear Nose Throat and Allergy have always treated us well. My latest aids have the new blue-tooth technology and work with my iphone. This feature plus the latest in directional speech interpretation gives me the best hearing Ive had in many years.

Dr Roberson is the best!! My daughter and I have been seeing him for 4 yrs. She calls him the smart and nice Doctor. He is great with kids and parents too. He did a wonderful and successful surgery on my nose. He was 100% correct about the diagnosis and outcome of my surgery. My only complaint is l wish l had listen to him sooner ( but thats on me) 😁. The surgery has changed my daily life. Im no longer controlled by my sinus issues. Crystal( my daughter likes her too) and staff are always kind at the Jasper, Blairsville and Canton office. l would greatly recommend this ENT Group!!👌Sarah is great especially with explaining our hearing test and my hearing aid!! She always does fantastic with my daughter too.

I have been going to Ear Nose Throat & Allergy Specialist for three years. Their Audiologist Steven Sick is excellent in hearing tests and hearing aid selection, adjustments, programming and maintenance. He is attentive, professional, thorough and friendly.I also have had ear wax removed at each appointment by Nurse Practitioner Crystal Rice. She is compassionate, thorough, careful with a very positive attitude.I am completely satisfied with my care at ENT & Allergy Specialists in Canton, GA.

Everyone was absolutely amazing and they took excellent care of my mother-in-law...

I was referred here from my GI doctor and marked as urgent, I really needed this appointment with an ENT.I made my appointment and showed up at the time, parked, put on my mask and walked inside.Not a single employee in sight or client in sight had a mask on. In no way am I going to see a throat doctor in an office that has ZERO mask policy. They claim its left up to the patients, but what they dont realize is a business has the right to mandate masks. Even if the business didnt make a mask policy, employees are voluntarily choosing to not follow basic CDC guidelines during a pandemic.This tells me all I need to know about this ENT and I walked out and will not be using them at all. It is completely unacceptable to not have a mask policy at a doctor office while the pandemic is still underway. This is part of the reason why we are still in the pandemic--people simply dont care to protect themselves or others.

Had an appointment with Dr.Ronald Van Tuyl today. Cant say enough good things about him. He has a very calming personality that puts you at ease. He explains everything and takes time to answer questions. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an ENT physician.

If you are a new client, be aware the person that schedules your appointment lies to you. I was given a 3:30 appointment time; arrived at 3:23 to fill out paperwork; was then told my appointment time was really 4:10 and I was there 40 minutes early to fill out paperwork. Any doctors office who does not email this paperwork, especially post-COVID, needs to improve their technology and service.

My husband recently had Vertigo and Dr. Robinson and all of the staff were professional and friendly. The diagnosis was treated and my husband fully recovered back to normal. My husband also had a hearing test done by their Audiologist, Nathan Long, during that time and the test results showed he needed hearing aids. Nathan was professional and knowledgeable and extremely patient. If we had any issues in the beginning with the hearing aids, Nathan quickly resolved the problem either in the office or on the phone. We are so pleased with the introduction of the hearing aids for my husband and for the follow up responses by Nathan to resolve those issues that came up in the beginning. The hearing aids have changed my husband’s hearing ability for the better. Thank you so much Nathan!

My mother and I have been seeing Dr. Nathan for weeks now to help find her a solution for her hearing problem. He’s very helpful and helped her found the exact product she needs. She loves it and I definitely recommend visiting him.

Always have a great experience going to my ENT appointments. Diane is really kind and willing to go all out to help resolve an issue as well as Crystal! Crystal is exceptional in calling and letting me know everything that is going on when results come in and is always so compassionate and helpful. Dr. Robinson is very thorough and tries to help any way he can. Sabrina, the nurse that comes in to get your info before the doctor comes in, is very sweet and caring as well and so helpful if I have any questions. I love this office!

Every step went great, walking in the door to rolling back out of it! It took very little time for an operation I was dreading. I feel like it was minor, but it wasnt. This was not just Balloon surgery. There was a major blockage opened up with infection involved. Thanks to Dr. Van Tuyl closely, and carefully listening to my concerns, and he trusted me on, he was able to do what he does best, and still understand what I was telling him about my symptoms, and what had happened in the past. The rest of the staff is top notch as well, and the anesthesiologist he uses is 5 star too. I feel like a kid after The Christmas day opening presents and wonder if I really received this great blessing. Im just going to go with yes its true. I hope you get the same results because its possible. I see that now.

My son recently had 2 appointments with Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists in Canton. He was seen by Crystal Rice, the nurse practitioner, during his first visit. She was exceptional! She had a calming, kind and professional manner. My son was there for sinus issues and she had to use a scope. He was nervous but she made him feel at ease and did a great job. My son followed up with Dr. Johnson and we had another excellent experience. The doctor was kind, professional and put my son at ease. He listened and he clearly explained the diagnosis and the treatment. My son and I both felt comfortable and heard! Excellent care! Ill update again after surgery.....

I highly recommend Dr. Robinson. I was recommended to him by Northside Hospital. I immediately got an appointment with his office, but developed an issue days before my appointment. I called his office and explained my issue and was told to come in and he would work me in. He performed an operation that was lengthy and detailed in nature. I felt comfortable with him from my first visit all the way through post-op. He is friendly and shows concern for his patients. His office staff in the Canton and Jasper offices, both of which I visited, were professional and helpful.

I’ve worked in medical offices and have very high expectations of medical staff. Several employees stood out to me as being exceptional, including Diane the nurse practitioner. As well as Sherry, who did my allergy testing, and Sabrina who worked along side Diane. They all go above and beyond what’s expected of them and answered any questions that I had. I was treated like a person not just the 2 o’clock appointment, and was never rushed through when I asked questions. I would definitely recommend this practice to family and friends.

I have personal experience here. When I was fifteen one of the doctors here told me Id need hearing aids by the time Im 25, when I was 15. I went recently for clear hearing diminish, did the test, was clearly having issues hearing everything, and him, and they said my hearing was perfect and I heard every word during the exam, when I DID NOT. Either, theyre really terrible doctors, or theyre really terrible doctors (theres no exuse so theres only one answer). How do you go from thinking that when I was fifteen, to me clearly having issues now, not understanding every word during the hearing test, and saying my hearing is perfect? It doesnt make sense.

Our entire family loves this practice and can not say enough good things. The reception and billing staff are responsive and actually return calls, and work to resolve any questions/problems (which is hard to come by these days). The audiologists are great and the nurses and techs are so good with us (adults) and our kiddos, who were as young as one when they started going. Dr. Lawrence Robinson is our doctor, and we could not say enough good things about his bedside manner, and his knowledge as a physician. We are definitely a family of patients for life!

Dr Vantuyl has been our family e n t doctor for over 18 years. I can honestly say I love him!!! My mother had a sins surgery by another dr he accidentally snipped the main artery in the back of her throat and nearly bleed to death. She that she went to another ent that messed her up more. We finally got referred to Dr. Van ‘til her fixed all the other doctors mistakes he was perfect he was so good when I had my four children I took each and everyone of them to him he fixed my youngest sons eardrums gave him here nights my third son had hearing aids everybody was fine I also take myself and he is just the best doctor I have ever known in my life I recommend him highly I put my life in my mothers life and my children’s life in his hands 1000% completely!! Absolutely a great second experience, first time was 19 yrs ago with my nephew who had ear tubes placed in due to recurring ear infections. This time I didnt know who to go to but i remembered Dr. Ronald Van Tuyl and his experience.All the process was easy breezy from the pre-op and covid testing, and let me tell you that everyone was in sync like a symphony. Dr. Ronald answered all my questions and his staff was on point. My daughter was treated so kindly and is recuperating now happily at home.She had a keloid removed from behind her left ear and he also found the reason why the keloid had appeared due to a prior surgery wich resulted on her skin folding and was quickly unfolded and treated. I hope this helps you to choose your next ENT, honestly words cant describe my experience with the complete surgery process.

Their care of my senior Mom was great. They didnt overdue the services they offered as it turned out only one of her ears needed cleaning. Then the audiologist was kind enough to give the lower priced hearing aids. Steve went above and beyond on the time spent getting her the trial hearing aids while her permanent ones are shipped to them.

My wife had a horrible ear infection. She is a very tough woman, so when she is almost in tears you know there is something wrong. Dr. Vantuyl and his team are truly first class and put patient car first!!! My wife was in the parking lot of the hospital and ready to go in for her second visit. Again, it was really bad. We were referred to Dr. Vantuyl and his team by our primary care Doctor so clearly they have a strong reputation in the community. When we told Dr. Vantuyl’s team what was going on and my wife was literally about to go to the ER for the second time they went and spoke to the nurse practitioner and they then called my wife and had her come in ASAP. This is a team that cares about the patient. They really go out of their way to help you as the patient. They are an example of what a doctors team should look like. Thank you!!! My wife is doing great and feels much better.We can’t recommend Dr. Vatuyl and his team enough.

I took my 4 year old son for a hearing check and we ended up seeing the NP for reasons I have been asking our pediatrician to take care of. They were amazing and I knew I found the right place after how comfortable they made us feel and actually took initiative to get my sons ear infections under control. The staff and Dr. Van Tuyl were great. He is ver soft spoken and calm with patience galore. He did a tube in my right ear. I was as nervous as a cat, but he got me through it.

Dr. Van Tuyl is a dear friend and colleague. I trusted his judgement and his hands to take my second son to surgery for an adenoidectomy at the age of 1 year and a tonsillectomy at 3 years. The childs symptoms have completely resolved and he is now a happy, smiling little boy. Being in the field, I had much anxiety, but felt very confident that I made the right choice in choosing Dr. Van Tuyl to take care of my baby.

Saw Crystal the nurse practitioner for an ear that itched relentlessly and some seasonal allergies. She took her time with her diagnosis and made sure I didnt have any other issues before check out. Also, very reasonable self pay rates compared to some specialists Ive been to. The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant throughout my visit.

We lived like an hour away from this place. Still manage to drive here since a family member refer us here for treatment. Dr. Van Tuyl is great but the staff that work in the payment department is horrible. We called in and make a payment the day before they create the allergy drop. The payment went through and everything. Today I show up to pick up my allergy drops and they didnt make it. The only response I received from the girl that take my payment was I forgot to submit your order to the people that make the allergy drops. You take my money but forgot to submit my order??? Worst staff ever in the clinic. Wasted my 2 hrs just to drive there and back.

Dr. Van Tuyl was very thorough, kind and gentle! His front office staff worked with my schedule to get me in quickly and filed the appropriate documents I needed for my insurance in order to have a procedure done. I recommend all my friends and family to this practice.

Helped my husbands breathing issues... 1st visit was VERY VERY EXPENSIVE for those who simply cannot afford insurance but its way better than having to pay for that ungodly Obama care nonsense...P.S. The nurse practitioner Josh Snearly did a great job of treating my grandson and he is much better now. Both Josh and nursing staff were very friendly, helpful, and informative. I would highly recommend Josh to anyone!

I went in for an echo in my right ear and a sore in my nose. Dr. Van Tuyl cauterized my nose (I found later that is done for nosebleeds). I don’t have nosebleeds.He sent me home with no instructions about what to do if my nose where he cauterized it bled.The next day I awakened with blood on my pillow and blood pouring out of the cauterized nostril. I was able to get it stopped by Applying pressure. When it happened again about a week later, I called and left a message for the nurse. No one ever called me back. I will definitely find another ENT if I ever need one!

The front desk staff could use some improvement, but the nurses and doctors are great! The people at the front desk are a little unprofessional for my taste. They were having loud personal conversations and smacking their gum loud enough for everyone in the waiting area to hear. Other than that, the office was very nice and my surgeon, Dr. Robinson was fabulous.

This place is AWFUL and thats a understatement........ I called on a Monday to try and make a appointment it was going to end up being 400$ for test and 200$ for office visits since I have no insurance I was paying cash I said there is no way I can pay that she said let me ask the doctor if he can not do the test and Ill give you a call back here it is Tuesday at 11:00 still nothing so I call she still had not talked to this doctor so she put me on hold she came back and said yes the doctor can do a exame just by talking to you and see what it is and give you med to treat just that okay perfect so I make the appointment I get there the nurse Practitioner not even a doctor comes in and is very confusing and acts like he has no idea what hes talking about tells me he can give me med but with out the 400$ test he had no clue what to treat me for okay whatever Im pissed so Im ready to leave and its a run around he tells me hes going to call me in med to my pharmacy I call my pharmacy only one of them is sent so I call the doctors office at 4:53 the girl put me on hold until closing time then I call back and I get sorry were closed worst experience ever money hungry no experience so called doctors do not go here.......

Dr. Ronald Van Tuyl is an incredibly professional individual and friend, as are all of his staff. From the minute you step into his office, you will know that you are in good hands. He has done surgery on my 6 year olds son, my 5 year old daughter and myself. Hes such a great Physician with children and any Doctor who can get my kids to enjoy a Physicians visit deserves the highest praise. It is very easy to become impatient and have miscommunication arise when you dont feel well. I appreciate the way that Dr Robinson and his staff have followed up with me to make sure everything continues going well even though sometimes in the medical field there can be complications. They truly have shown that they care for me as a human being and not just as a client.

Appointment time was at 1000am.... I arrived at 926am to fill out new paperwork. At 959am brought back to room. I SAT THERE UNTIL 1108AM and left. The people coming in after I was in room were being seen before me. OVER AND OVER. Not the way to treat a customer..... or anyone for that matter. Look for another ENT. Unless you like when a doctor thinks he can walk on whom ever he wants too.

Van Tyul is the best most caring doctor Ive ever seen he took his time and made me feel comfortable not like some of the others Ive seen where its like they just want you in and out hes bed side manner is at the highest level of any Ive every seen and the nurse that helped me was awesome and explained things so I could understand what was happening the front desk people was very professional and the office manager was extremely nice I would recommend this place to any one and everyone this office deserves more than 5 stars cause thats a understatement.

My son had a continuous diagnosis of ear infections and we saw Dr Robinson who was extremely thorough and talked us through the whole surgery process. BEST bedside manner you could ask for when you are dealing with children!

Got a bill that was 8x more than the agreed upon rate.6months ago my husband had an appointment at which they wanted to scope his nose. We asked for the details and price of the procedure. We were informed that the scope would look inside his nose with a light (no IV anesthesia needed, no going down the throat, very simple), and that the procedure would cost $60. I am an RN, and nothing raised any red flags to me that this price was inaccurate due to the nature of the test. The tech in the room verified the price with the business office. When she returned, we reiterated that we could not afford any more than $100 for the procedure, and to please make sure that this price was accurate and definite before we agreed. She left the room again and came back confirming that yes $60 was the total of the price. We were never, not once, told that this was the initial price for the procedure rather than the full price. When we got to check out, the cashier (also the business manager) stated that we owed $120, and that the tech had quoted us for the wrong procedure!! We paid what we could that day. A few weeks later we received another bill in the mail for over $500! I have been trying from that point on to negotiate this with this company. They do not inform their patients accurately and now expect a huge payout. After multiple discussions with managers/supervisors and months of haggling, they did deducted the bill down to $162; however, this is still almost triple the agreed upon price. The refused to drop the price any further. After the facility learned that I had sought help with a law firm, they stopped contacting me, and I have yet to receive a bill or call in five weeks. I am done dealing with these people. Please dont go here because you are just looking for trouble. Go elsewhere!!!
