Never too busy. Hot tub is one of the hottest in the area, although its a little foamy. Great pool, basketball courts, and newer workout area.

This is my favorite Y for lifting weights. They have a great selection of equipment and friendly staff that will always give you a warm welcome. Although not a massive gym, the equipment is very well kept, up to date, and weights heavy enough to give you the challenge you need. It may get crowded between 5-7pm on the week days, but anytime before it is spacious and calm.

Nice Place but to many people that come especially younger people lifestyle are questionable and dont reflect well on the moral standards of YMCA.And be careful in parking lot especially on Saturday when volleyball and basketball had a close call with people in a rush too get the games.

Friendly staff. Enough equipment to give you a variety of challenging workouts.

We have been Y members for years & recently moved closer to the Meyers Lake YMCA. Staff is great and the atmosphere is relaxed. I don’t feel judged when working out, alone or in a class. I would recommend this Y above others.

I love this place. Its staff is amazing, as well as its amenities. The updates look great and the atmosphere has always been perfect. Great child care, as well as canton city before and after school care. This place is a gem.

You can never trust the online pool schedule!

Everything is pretty dated. Most people were nice except the old lady that kept saying she been their 35 years and dont ever lower the hoops for little kids. My family thought she was quite rude. I would consider other locations.

I have been going to this gym since 2005, it has made very nice improvements since they merged with the ymca. They moved the work out equipment to a new fresh and larger work out room , added new equipment and created a group exercise room which I do not use. I like to do my own thing. What I like the most is the steam room, hot tub sauna and swimming pool after a good work out. Other gyms are eliminating all of the water activities, probably so they can extend their hours with out having any staff on.

Dont go in the mens locker room if you dont have to. Had a really creepy experience when some dude was like standing in the mirror doing something somewhere. I change in my car or before I go. I understand that it may be the location or an exception.

Karlee is the most helpful staff member, if it was not for her me and my family would not know about any programs or how anything works at the myers lake ymca. Karlee makes it her job to make sure members know what programs are going on and helps us find what is best for us. It makes us sad she is only there on Wednesday she is so helpful and great with the kids we love her.

They have moved the gym area. It is very large and has a wall of windows so its very bright. Overall good experience.

Ive been a member of the meyers lake YMCA for about 7months know & I think its a great atmosphere. The staff has always been kind & helpful..

Hours have improved. Brand spanking new workout gym area and doubled the size of the weight room.

I love the ymca but theres one problem they do not know how to write back when you ask a question online

For the summer program honorable last Yea at the start want wasnt paying attention to the kids that the kids were bullying other kids and one punched a kid so thAt is why I stopped taking my daughters there they also need to have better staff they are so rude i am worrning you not to go there EVER

Basketball gym is always booked for little kids. Terrible gym for adults. Small and smelly facility. Save yourself the trouble and just go to the Jackson Y.

All of these gyms need staff to walk around so people dont monopolize equipment , follow the rules, and stay off their phones

The child care program does not provide adequate supervision. My 5 year old left with someone no one there had met. The adult was not questioned or asked for ID. This is dangerous and unprofessional. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
