My Mother , Kitty Antonio has lived at the Bridgemill Arbor in Canton, Ga for 3 years now. My Family is thrilled at this Facility! Not only are the Staff so incredible from the Girls at the Front Desk , Kitchen Staff and All the People that live here are such a wonderful community! I stayed for a week here with My Mom while She was recovering from an eye surgery recently and couldn’t believe the Friendliness and Care that She has received! Five Stars all the way! She has showers and care a few days a week called Comforting Arms which is excellent and Loving! Cannot speak highly enough about this Facility!

Such an amazing place! They make you feel like your family. Jerry, Brenda and Amy and all the front office staff are amazing. Not to mention the care staff are amazing with the residents! I love seeing the residents so happy they brighten my day! If your looking for a place for your love one this is the best place!

Are they professional? Well, they adminstered the experimental cvshot to my father without authorization. Now he is dead. I would like to give them zero stars but I want people to be warned about their total disregard for protocol. No respect for life.

The Arbor at BridgeMill is absolutely beautiful! My mom has been living here for 6 months now and I have never seen her this happy. The staff and personal care services are exceptional. My mom has met many new friends and enjoys the daily activities.I am very thankful I live close so The Arbor and can visit my mom every week. My family & are so grateful to the entire staff at The Arbor.

This place is absolutely amazing! The first thing when you come through the doors is feel impressed not only by the beautiful and luxurious decor and furnishings, but by the way the staff treats you. The staff is beyond attentive. Barbara Bonatucci is so accommodating and helpful. We have been teaching classes in the community room and she is always checking on us to make sure we have everything we need. Her meticulous attention to detail astounds me. It is obvious that the Arbors is a happy place for its residents. There is always something going with an activity or an event. There are rooms dedicated to painting, music, movies, and even a game room. There are puzzles out on tables, fruit infused water and the patio area is gorgeous! Would recommend this charming paradise for anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating home for their golden years.

I have been a resident in Independent Living at The Arbor for 2 years now. I moved here in Feb 2018, two months after it opened its doors in Dec 2017. I have high praise for how the establishment is run. It’s director and all his staff members are caring people, who strive to help in any way and make it a friendly & happy place. There are many programs to participate in such as exercise classes, health management classes and many social events to name a few. I plan on being here for many years, God willing and it’s comforting to know, should I ever need it, the Arbor also has Assisted Living and Memory Care.

We cant say enough about how great the Arbors at BridgeMill is. The staff is always friendly and professional, and make you feel welcome and appreciated. The community is beautiful. The residents are wonderful. This is truly one of our favorite communities, and we feel honored to partner with them.

We have helped several families transition into the Arbor at BridgeMill and after personally being inside over 30 communities throughout Metro Atlanta and North Georgia I can tell you that not only does the Arbor have some of the most modern facilities, the staff have also been some of the friendliest people I have ever encountered. Excellent staff and excellent facilities turns into an excellent living experience!

As a third-party vendor, we come in close contact with residents and staff at Arbor. There’s never a dull moment and always something going on - happy hour, music, games, shopping trips, etc. Residents all seem to know one another and act as if family. The community is always clean and the staff is always super friendly. The idea of putting a loved one in “a home” is many families worst nightmare. I would urge these families to tour the community before ruling out. It is not at all what we grew up envisioning!! It is a new chapter of life and an opportunity for our seniors to come together and foster new relationships. It should not be thought of as “ when all else fails!”. There’s still so much life to live there!

This property is GORGEOUS! The staff & caregivers are loving & compassionate. They have non stop activities the Residents love. I am on the property often & I am greeted with smiles & joy each & every time. I would definitely recommend The Arbor at Bridgemill!!!!

I recently moved into the Arbor at BridgeMill. I have nothing but good things to reports. I enjoy the opportunities to take part in activities especially during this time with the pandemic. Everyone is here is friendly and polite.

The Arbor at Bridgemill is a relaxing and fun place to live. It is a group of loving people in the cottages and apartments. There is always someone to talk with or if you like, places to sit and read. The staff is always ready to spend time with you or answer any questions you may have. We have people from all over the states. It is a clean lovely place and we love calling it home.

The Arbor at BridgeMill offers some of the best senior living options in the North Georgia area. The staff are knowledgeable, and really care about their residents. They offer great food and plenty of fun activities. The residents always are happy and friendly when I visit.

The Arbors is top notch across the board- they are the gold standard of customer service! My Dad has been there for almost a month now and is going home to NY (of course Im hoping he comes right back). At The Arbors they have always known that my Dad was only coming for a month and they have treated me like gold the whole time and they could not treat my father any better. The facility is immaculate. There is a monthly calendar with activities for all interests. My Dad is exercising 3 days a week and doing chair yoga the other 2. Hes playing Bingo, poker, watching movies and enjoying happy hours. Ive always considered my father a picky eater but he has really enjoyed the food. I eat gluten free and have enjoyed a few meals there with him. This is my first experience with any type of senior community and Im so relieved that the process has gone so smoothly. One person is nicer than the next and that includes employees and residents. I could name all the employees who have helped with the process, but truly Jerry and Brooke were the first two people I dealt with before they were even open for tours. You will not be disappointed if you are considering The Arbors for yourself or a family member.

I visited as a guest and was super impressed with the facilities and services provided! First class... What caught my eye was how the staff walked around and called each resident by name.

The Arbor at Bridgemill is such a well-designed senior living community. I love the independent living cottages that line the boulevard on the way to the main building. But even better is the staff who are all so friendly and caring towards residents, as well as guests. The Arbor has gone above and beyond in welcoming groups in from the community to use their lovely meeting rooms that are set up perfectly with tables, chairs, and even refreshments. All of the planned social activities have me planning a better retirement for myself, as well as conversations with my parents when I know theyll need next steps in senior care. The Arbor at Bridgemill is always the first place I recommend to friends or family who are considering living space options as they (or their parents) age because of how they ensure everyone is well cared for and included.

This is a great facility. My daughter and I visited 12 facilities in a 30 mile radius of our home in Canton and chose the Arbor at Bridgemill as the overall best for my 87 year old Mom. The sales staff (Mandy, Christine, and Brooke) were absolutely the most professional and no pressure ladies we met. Jerry (the director) is always available to talk with and is always seen walking around the halls and visiting with residents at mealtimes. My Mom has been in assisted living for 18 months. She is very satisfied with the card she gets. She has made a lot of friends and considers many of the staff as same. Janice the program director is a treasure and schedules many activities that even I attend. I give all the staff (housekeepers, security monitors, food servers) my highest recommendations and thanks. I have enjoyed many meals here and have to say the quality of the food has really improved lately so I give the Arbor a 5 star rating!😊

I have been thoroughly impressed with The Arbor and how they treat both my parents who both have very different needs.

After hip replacement and time in rehab, my daughters didn’t want me to live alone. They toured several places and chose The Arbor at Bridgemill.They made an excellent choice. I am very satisfied here and have made many new friends. I especially enjoy not having to cook and clean up.That gives me time for the many activities that are planned for us.I appreciate the exercise classes that keep me moving, the knitting group with our excellent leader, that keeps my hands busy and a scrabble group to keep my mind active.There are a few things I enjoy and many more I have yet to explore.If you are ready for this next phase of life, I highly recommend The Arbor at Bridgemill. The staff is awesome and always ready to help.

The kitchen staff, especially, Billy, the Dining Director is so open to any of our ideas. The caregivers go way beyond their duties to help me out. It feels more like home the longer Im here. I like that Im able to help some of the other residents that may need a little extra guidance too.
