We chose Crystal Creek for my Granddad after a fall left him unable to stay home alone. He has now been there for a couple of months and is slowly starting to make friends and really feel at home. Not being able to visit has made it difficult, but the staff at Crystal Creek has been nothing short of amazing. They always take the time to reassure me when I call to speak to him. After everything these Healthecare workers have sacrificed in the last year and they are still there to put my mind at ease and give my Pop the care he deserves. I dont know if Pop will every be able to go back to his own home, but if not, I am really glad with the choice my family and I made to move him to Crystal Creek.

Crystal Creek understands what families are going through when making a decision regarding care for a loved one. That empathy is felt from day one. Ive personally worked with Crystal Creeks leadership team for over two years. From Annetta, admissions coordinator to Paula, Director of Nursing, to the entire clinical team and staff-the first word that comes to mind is service. Service is built into the very fabric of their organization. If you or your loved one is in need of care, I would highly recommend the Crystal Creek team. You will not be disappointment. 5 STAR!

We were so disappointed with our experience at Crystal Creek. We felt they neglected our fathers care but in the days after his leaving via EMS were even more disappointed with their lack of professionalism and caring. They were not willing to speak to us about future care until he would be released from the hospital (hospitalization that directly resulted from a lack of care he received) and when we called to pick up his things were treated quite rudely. Then his things were thrown in garbage bags, not like the nicely folded and on hangers we had arrived with, and were set on the front porch for us to pick up. Including personal medical information and deplorably dirty laundry. This place may have been great at one point, but it’s definitely not now. Their welcoming video shows a man that started it because he couldn’t find good care for his parents, but I pray no other parent receives care like my father! It’s truly saddening that someone could have such lack of care for another human being, let alone someone who had been entrusted in their care.

My wife & I were caring for her mother in our home until she needed more care than we could give. We checked around and reviewed 3 facilities in our area. Crystal Creek turned out to be the place we chose and after 3 years, we are happy with the choice we made.My mother-in-law is happy and very well cared for. We know the staff and they are not only professional they are truly caring people. I was able to speak with the owner before we moved mom in there and its evident that the caring environment is systemic from the top down.I could write volumes but instead, I would encourage anyone looking for a place that will assist you with the care for a loved one, Crystal Creek makes a great partner.

I would recommend Crystal Creek to anybody looking for a loving place for your family member. I toured quite a few places before choosing Crystal Creek for my Mother. I ended up choosing Crystal Creek for their staff. Monica met with my wife and I, 4 times before I made a final decision. Every time, she made us feel like our concerns were very important and helped us in the entire process when we were completely lost. We never felt rushed, sometimes spending a couple hours at Crystal Creek. After deciding to move to Crystal Creek, the start was a bit rough. Mom is a picky eater. Matt, the chef, and I met and came up with a meal plan for Mom. Things only went up from there! Amanda, the Nurse, is very thorough and helped explain things I didnt understand at first. She was very helpful. Great Management team and some of the best caregivers around. Overall, for having to deal with such a tough time losing my Mom, Crystal Creek helped me get through it.

I toured here with Monica a few months ago. My Mother passed away before we were able to make the move. Monica was so comforting and made me feel like I am not alone. Her words helped me and my brother so much. When it is time to move my Dad into a nursing home, we will come back. Nowhere is going to be perfect for anybody, but these caring souls are here to help.

This place is superb. We toured this facility for my grandmother a couple years ago but eventually went with another facility because activities for the residents didnt match what we were looking for at the time. This place must have listened because what a change. My great aunt required additional care and we gave this place another shot. From care to food to activities for the residents is top notch. I just want to say thank you from my family and to how much we appreciate the staff for taking such great care of Mary.

My Uncle Stanley lives here and I have been pretty impressed. It took me a while to visit. I thought all old folks place were the same... bad. I will actually admit that I was wrong. My Unc was so happy to see me and introduce me to his buddies that live there with him. Staff was very helpful. They turned the Tigers game on and got us some snacks. We have a great visit and I look forward to coming back to visit. Good job, Crystal Creek.

My Aunt lives at Crystal Creek. We are so happy and have been for the last 3 years here. There are always bumps along the way, but the managers have always been there to work with us and come up solutions. Love the new decorating being done. Thank you Crystal Creek!

We can not say enough wonderful things about this facility. From the new owner Michael to ALL of the staff, Crystal Creek is AMAZING! Our mother is a current resident (over 1 year at the facility) with dementia & they treat her as family. The facility has a homey, comfortable feel that is very relaxing & welcoming to residents as well as family & visitors. They have daily activities, weekly worship services, hair salon, daily laundry & cleaning services, monthly birthday celebrations, popcorn & movies & the list goes on. The staff are constantly trying to improve in all areas & it shows. We know most all of the residents in my mothers building & they always appear clean & happy. Their visiting family & friends also have wonderful things to say about their loved ones experiences here. But the best thing here at Crystal Creek is the genuine care given by ALL the staff. They are like extended family members. I know when I am not visiting with my mom that she is in excellent hands and I have no worries. My mother is a resident here. My brother and sisters are very happy with the care she receives. The staff is very friendly and attentive. My mother feels very at home there. I would highly recommend Crystal Creek to anyone needing assisted care for their parents.

The whole Crystal Creek staff are amazing. After seeing all the negative reviews on here I wasnt sure if we are reviewing the same place. Management and staff are always positive, caring, and helpful. There are activities to entertain the residents. The food is great. The staff takes the time to get to know each resident individually. The facility is always kept clean.

I work for a Hospice company that has residents at Crystal Creek. The staff is very caring and Management is very helpful. I have and will continue to send people in need to Crystal Creek. Very nice facility.

This is a clean and cute community. Single story, and spread out, the kind of building design that reminds you of Florida. What I noticed the most is the staff have created personal attachments to the residents living there. They know them and their families well which creates a good positive energy about the place. Atmosphere and culture matter most for me when I am choosing a respite for family members, and I have no reason to doubt the level of care, so I am giving this community 5 stars.

Stopped in to Crystal Creek for a tour. I did not set up a time but decided to stop by while I was in the area. The staff was great and made us feel at home. We were shown a few rooms and even got to meet some of the people that live there. We left feeling better about having to move Dad into an Assisted Living. Great place!

I work at Crystal Creek. I have been here for 2 years. The person who said they pay the workers $9.00 is wrong. Isnt minimum wage higher then that? They pay based off of experience and certificates. I have been treated fairly and management always handles my problems. Candice is the best boss I could ever ask for. I would recommend crystal creek to anybody who needs help with family who has dementia.

Very homelike feel. I have toured a lot of communities for my Dad and this is the best fit. He is very comfortable here and the staff treats him like their own Grandpa!

I interviewed here for a caregiver position during my interview one of the supervisors (an African American older woman) stopped me in mid sentence and asked “why not go back to your old job if they’re paying $11 an hour?” This place is only paying people $9 an hour and they are offended when you try to negotiate! Besides their piss poor attitudes it smells like urine in the entire building.*Update experienced or not you guys should be providing training. Personally, I had 3 years of experience as well as a CNA certificate and was still spoken to very rudely, apparently I’m not the only one who was treated badly according the other one star reviews this company has received.

Very unprofessional place . I came in for a interview today , and was greeted with staring. A resident had to tell me which way to go , while the staff sat down ,staring, and laughing. When I finally knocked on the correct door ,.the office was packed. I was told to wait outside . Too unprofessional.

Rude unprofessional place !!! Needs to be closed down I went for an interview there and it was awful management was rude ! Doesn’t know how to talk to people and got mad when I got an attitude with them because of how they was talking to me ! The place smelt like strong pee. I heard they are under staffed and needing to find new workers ASAP because they current workers are getting mandated and over worked so you’ll think they would learn how to talk to people! I wish I knew all the stuff I found out about this place before I went ! I don’t recommend it there’s other facilities nearby.

The facility is in great shape and you can see a lot of the improvements. Every encounter I have had with the management has been very professional. I do recommend.

My Mother is currently living here but not for long I advised others to do the same. My Mother has dementia as it is and every time I go to visit her there are always new employees who I am not familiar with. My Mother still mentions one caregiver who she loved unfortunately she no longer works there and after hearing the caregivers story she has told me I am returning the favor and taking my mother out of this facility. The rent also keeps going up and all supervisors should be drug tested. One supervisor I smell drugs on them as she walks past me. They are understaffed and claim they do activities but never do. My Mother has been here for a year I already had complaints as it is my mother and other residents as well are leaving this facility

Started off great. Crystal Creek made management changes at the site. Management made staffing changes. Care seems to be less than stellar of late. VERY DIFFICULT to get a hold of management, or anyone that knows anything. Discordance in care and communication.

Crystal Creek would be a poor choice for your family member, the facility manager would gladly tell you that her staff is capable of caring for your family members cathethers, wounds , they are not.she will tell you whatever you want to hear but when youre there and have a problem concerning your family, she will avoid you.this woman louise will lie to your face with a smile, she lied to us about the care that her staff could provide for our grandmother.she reeked on one of our visits of marijuana, my mom was very disturbed. by this.This woman should be selling used cars instead of taking care of your family member.good luck to you if you choose this place for your family.She complained to us about all the things that the old owner wouldnt provide and thats why the didnt have activities.please check the staff and resident turn over before you think of placing your family there.never speak to this woman about how your family member is doing talk with the staff.

This place should not be in existence,the trash of a manager is a liar and a thief,very unprofessional,our family came in while my granddad was in the hospital and caught the maintanance man in my grandfarthers room ,with the window open he had been smoking something, we reported this to the ladie louise,and to the owner,nothing was done,my family found out from the staff that this guy was her brother go figure, needless to say we moved him out.i would not recomend this facility to anyone.this woman met with our family with an ugly dress way above her knees and bootswhich i thought was disgusting.she smelled like a tabacco factory. do not take your family to this place.

My Father-in-law is a resident at Crystal Creek. I was so nervous that we werent making the right decision to move him in, but it has been such a positive experience for all of us. The staff loves him and I can tell he cares for them.
