I had the same experience as the other reviewers. I purchased a voucher on Groupon, made my appointment, the day of the appointment she asked if she could reschedule because she was sick. I told her that was fine and when I asked about rescheduling she completely ignored me. I tried for the following YEAR multiple times to reschedule with no response. Now it’s too late to get a refund from Groupon. She is a scam artist and should have her license revoked.

I experienced the exact thing as others it seems. Purchased a massage on Groupon...canceled on me twice and completely unresponsive.

Terri has now cancelled on me twice, both times were less than 24 hours from my appointment time. She texted to cancel on April 9 due to being “under the weather” and then was unresponsive when I tried to reschedule. I eventually got rescheduled for tomorrow, September 8. I got a text this evening asking me to move my appointment up by 3 hours. When I told her I could not, she stated that she is unavailable for my appointment time due to some training occurring at the office space she rents. She has since been ignoring messages. The massage is already paid for through Groupon and she has refused to refund my money. At this point, it has been so long since the Groupon was purchased that they will not refund my money. Based on another review here, she has done the same thing to other potential clients. I would stay far away from this business.

I made my appointment 2 months in advance online. I had received a Groupon and had to use it by a certain day. There were no available times for my regular off day from work. I work a full time job and am a Mother. So I had to ask off to be able to book the appointment. I also had to make sure my sitter would be available as she normally doesn’t watch the kids on her off day. The day of my appointment, I received a text message from Terri stating she had an urgent personal situation came up and wanted to reschedule for the next day. I told her I would not be able to as I had asked for the day off to even make the appointment and that I worked the rest of the week and asked if she could just refund my money. She said that Groupon would have to refund me. Well, I’m not guaranteed I’m going to get that refund. I understand emergencies come up but by saying my apologies is just unprofessional. There is a few things that could happen to fix the problem.1. Ask if I could come in earlier or later2. Ask what my normal off day is and since my Groupon expires a certain day, make it right by seeing me even after it had expired and still take it.That in my opinion would be the professional thing to do.
