We were very disappointed in the lack of communication between the house manager and house staff. Staff were consistently late in picking up client from events, and not knowing what the schedule was. Medications and money were on sight, but not in a locked container. Staff did not try to help client with balance meal plans and client gained 20 lbs in 6 weeks. Staff appeared to be too lazy to take time to work with the client and help to guide him into making healthy decisions and choices. After 1 month we couldnt wait to move our son to a different provider.
