Dr. Luo not only helped my husband, who couldnt even walk in due to his back being out, he was able to WALK out with minor pain.Dr. Luo, also helped my son who was VERY sick, couldnt eat or drink for 8 days, had to get saline drips due to his sickness, within 30 minutes of leaving the office, he was able to start drinking (slowly), able to talk. I called to make an a appointment as a new patient. The lady answered and i asked some questions but I could not understand what she is talking about. Then she starts yelling at someone and I thought that I called the wrong number? Her behavior and attitude is not acceptable.Terrible experience over the phone
