The front desk is welcoming and patient. The wait was a bit long for our appointment, but we were able to see the Dr shortly after we went to the exam room. I like that they can take the X-rays here at the office same day. The Dr was helpful and listened to our concerns.

Very unorganized and unprofessional office especially the secretaries. Took me almost a month to receive documents I really needed for my care and treatment. Called them almost every day for a month to get my documents and every time I called, it was like I was a new patient all over again. Had to physically show up to the office twice to get my documents. Secretary attempted to tell me I had to wait another 7-10 business days for my documents the second time I should up when I told her I would not be waiting another day and that I was not leaving until I got them. The doctor who did treat me was okay which is why I give this place 2 stars; But the receptionists were awful. I had to really contain myself and not go back to my old ways with this office. They are not caring at all about the patients and what they have to go through considering if it wasnt for us, they would not have a job.

If I could give negative stars I would. Went there for urgent care today that for a fall that I went to the ER for 2 days prior. The provider I saw had to ask me the same questions twice. I had multiple concerns as a result of the fall. He states that he can only address 1. Gave the nurse the wrong information. They had 3 different time periods for when I sustained the injury. It was a mess. Try telling the provider that a X-ray was already done but he did it anyways. Then tries to put me in a fracture boot that I still am unable to walk in after he sees the results that I told him about from the previous X-ray. Completely incapable of being understanding, compassionate, listening or being professional. Never again.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. The staff and doctor are uncaring. I was left to be their last patient of the day. When the doctor came back to finish up he looked at his watch twice. When I went to leave the waiting room lights were off and the door was locked. I had to take another door out. If I could give no stars I would.

Would strongly recommend Dr. Alexander to friends and family. Meniscus surgery. Was able to walk the same day, immediately following surgery. Prior I could not move my leg. To this day I can’t even remember which knee was operated on, the recovery went that well. Great bedside manner. Always takes time to answer my questions. Never a wait at all when coming in for follow up visits. Staff is polite, prompt and professional. Doctor Alexander is always available to answer questions and address concerns. Never a hassle to schedule appointments and I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes to see someone. Plus, the medical practice always looks for alternatives to surgeries to heal, using it as a last resort. I felt great about that. Most physicians rush into surgery no matter the issue. Dr. Alexander went through numerous options for recovery and healing before deciding on surgery. I’d recommend him and his practice to anyone with orthopedic needs.

I have had Dr. Stasko for over 4 years. I would highly recommend him for any of your podiatry or surgical needs!

They treated my son when he broke his foot. So nice and caring. He was only 12 and the dr had him cracking up.

Not to pleased,Went in to find out results after 6 x-rays & an MRI. The Dr. Came in & told me I had degenerative joint disease, Osteoarthritis and 2 or 3 other labels I forgot. I told him about My Surgical History & Because I am Prone to infection. He Pawned me Off & tried setting me up with a Surgeon through Rochester Regional in Rochester, I Said no Strong has Handled all my Surgical Cases & Saved my life more then Once. The Secretary sets it up & says someone from Strong will call you in a week after there Orthopedics Surgical team Reviews your MRI. She Literally Started Laughing at me, The Dr. Didnt Even Offer Me Tylenol, & When I went back in to ask for the paperwork with the exact diagnosis. She told me No the Dr. Will have everything written up by Monday. I asked could you find out all the diagnosis & Ill write em Down. Was told No come back Monday! Just Not Happy With Experience @ All.

The staff is professional and knowledgeable. I had a brief wait. They helped me with what I thought was Sciatica. I am now pain-free.

Waited an hour to be seen. Office staff was extremely cranky. Seemed very irritated when I asked them where to go to get casted and where to pick up my daughters boot. I couldnt read the Dr.s RX so i didnt know which Rx was what. The med supply store helped me up the street. They had to Google it. They couldnt read the Rx either. The Doctor Seemed great and explained things, but fast! (Probably because they were running behind) I will check back after my daughters treatment is done. Not a good first impression. A simple, sorry for the wait and losing the attitude probably wouldve helped.

Will never go back. I had to bring my mother There and there was no doctors on site and the only x-ray technician had a doctors appointment so they didn’t bother bringing in another x-ray technician. So no x-rays were done I think she saw a physician’s assistant and they gave her blood work they have done and then go to her concert hospital for x-rays of my mother was in such severe pain in her hand was swollen what kind urgent care is this when you go there and nothing gets done and there’s nobody there to treat you so we ended up going up to the other urgent care in Farmington who does x-rays and there are doctors there that can help and they gave her a prescription and took very good care of her

I had an MRI awhile ago for my lower back area. I have been to multiple doctors to try and find an actual diagnosis for my pain which shifts around my hips and down my right leg mostly. I sustained a sports related injury. I am 21 years old. I was seen by Dr. cywinsky (I think that’s his name). Not only was the staff super irritable to see me, they treated me like my pain wasn’t even serious (some days I can barely walk) I saw the doctor for 2 minutes total after about a 20 minute wait. He didnt examine my pain area AT ALL, meaning he did the absolute minimal to figure out the actual problem. His response to me “remember the last time you were here we said if your pain doesn’t get better you need an updated MRI and from there I suspect it will be a slight disk bulge and we can either move on with steroid injections or you’ll have to learn to live with it.” This is probably the most unprofessional response and check up I have ever witnessed in my life, FROM A CERTIFIED DOCTOR. These people don’t care for you they care about your money. Find somewhere else to go! I’m a 21 year old male who was told it’s “steroids” or “LEARN TO LIVE WITH IT”.

I could not be happier. I was in so much pain and my physical therapist texted the doctor who got me in THAT Day!! They are very professional and really helped me feel comfortable. They kept me off the surgery table!

The Stasko brothers Peter and Paul are amazing Drs. I highly recommend them and their fellow staff and coworkers.

Dr. Stasko is fantastic! Listens to my concerns and gets to the point. Wait time is hit and miss sometimes takes longer some times Im in and out. Staff is very nice and patient (ive usually got a child with me). Over all highly recommend!

Not very willing to listen to thier patients and assist them with problem solving. Seems to me if a doctor wants you on sit down restrictions at work that he would be willing to see you again 3 days after the initial visit if the problem persisits and so does the pain to adjust your doctors note for work being that your job does not allow you to be on restriction due to others lives being at risk if my body isnt working at full capacity. Sometimes quicker isnt always better. I am disgusted!

I have visited three times with the kids. I was impressed that we got into a room within five minutes, x-rayed immediately and saw a doctor soon after that. When the bones were broken, my kid was in a cast within 15 minutes and we were in and out in a total of 30 mins. Everyone was very professional and friendly. I’d highly recommend going here if you feel you might have a broken bone.

Why wasnt I helped with my right hand pain after carpul tunnel release surgery that i had from May 15 2017.i was sent to Dr cywinski and Dr Alexander for help with severe pain and swelling of right hand .I just seen MRI results that were done in September 25th 2017 I have cysts on capitate bone In right hand .instead of helping me with pain.dr Alexander did surgery on left hand now I cant use either of my hands because of the severe constant pain And swelling And am in pain management. Shouldnt cyst have been removed ?After a few visits and many calls to Alexanders office I was told by Dr Alexander and his staff amd secretarys he can no longer help me .go to another doctor and to take tylenol.
