I first saw Sheila for pregnancy massage 10 years ago. She used various cushions/ pillows to prop my body for maximum comfort. The massage was wonderful and deeply relaxing. I have seen her off and on for years since then. She is very talented and almost intuitive in the way she can find the root of my tension and help me to release it for better mobility and movement. I love that sometimes I come just to relax and sometimes I come to have her focus on something specific, she can adapt to whatever version of massage that I need. She is flexible and open to listening to me and my concerns about my body. I always feel better after I see her and would recommend her to everyone!!!

Sheila is excellent. Ive been seeing her for years to help me deal with the aches and discomforts resulting from various accidents and injuries Ive sustained. She always has ideas on new techniques to try out on me and that effort is appreciated. I leave feeling loosened up with a fresh body every time. Sheila is also continually sharing ides of things I can try for my own at-home care as well. Shes amazing!
