I brought my 3 year old granddaughter. From the Receptionist to nurse and I believe PA. Everyone treated her so kind. They could tell she was scared and was hanging on to me . They were so concerned about her. They all told her how sweet and beautiful she was. Even with a fever of 102. She walked out smiling and thank them . I will recommend to my family and friends. To go to if needed. Thank you for taking such great care of my precious girl.

I have never been treated so rudly by a Dr in my life! I went there for a antibiotic for a sinus infection that had spread to my ear and my neck now is got my gland swollen and I have a cough so I should have Pneumonia in a few days thats how my body works! Then they have the nerve to send me a text message asking if I feel better? How can I feel better when I was not given a antibiotic! Dr didnt even look up my nose or check my ear or anything! Will never go back there!

OMG!!! I had such a splendid time at WellNow Urgent Care in Canandaigua,NY.I went in because I thought the bed bug bites on my feet were INFECTED. The NP looked them over real good and said nope...not infected. Looks more like a bruise. (From my shoes rubbing on the bed bug bites) Golly was I ever relieved. Very caring and professional staff. We were on vacation and my 2 year old son was diagnosed with croup. They were very quick to see us and provided great care. The doctor had amazing bedside manners. I’ve been to the Well Now clinic a few times these past few months and every time I go, it’s always a pleasant and speedy experience. The online scheduling to make appointments is so convenient and the staff have all been so caring and courteous. They are so good with kids too. My daughter was sick and I took her in and they gave her a teddy bear to comfort her and also got us in and out quickly. My niece had a skateboarding accident and the doctor and nurses were so good to her. They bandaged her up and sent us on our with with a slushy! Yes, I said slushy. They have a slushy machine in the waiting area! I highly recommend Well Now. You won’t be disappointed!

My experience was exceptional from Mel, who checked me in, to Jo (first nurse I saw), Paige (NP) and the doctor (whose name I forget, but not his service). Very short wait time, great patient care and, although I hope to never have to see them again, if I do, I wont hesitate to come to WellNow!

It was my first experience with this urgent care site. From the time I walked in until now, they were efficient, supportive and solution oriented. I was impressed with how quickly they addressed my medical needs and provided a prescription for the issue. In addition, they sent follow-up text messages to check on my status. Very impressive. I want to tell everyone about my experience, but then they might get too busy!

Had to get a rapid test to attend a concert and I was so impressed with how clean the facility is. Everyone was welcoming and efficient. Would rather come here than the medical group urgent care any day.

What a great experience we had under not so great circumstances. Our 4 year old was seen and the staff could not have been more kind, gentle, sensitive and caring with her as she was quite upset. I went in for a pre-employment drug screening, and they told me my passport was expired. Then when I called the drug screening company they told me that my code was still active. This means they were being lazy and didnt actually check their system to see if it had expired, instead they went of an assumption from when I said I was worried the window mightve already closed, due to it saying 48-hours or 2 business days. They didnt check for me. They assumed. And you know what they say about assumers. And then when I mentioned It does say 2 business days, which from Thursday, would include Monday they rudely told me I shouldnt have waited and sent me on my way.

We made an appointment ahead which was super convenient. When we arrived we just waited a few minutes out in the car they brought us right into the room treated us promptly and carefully. It was a very positive experience despite being sick on a holiday weekend.

My husband, Aunt and I all went in to WellNOW yesterday with severe cold-like symptoms including deep lung issues and wheezing. While all of us were vaccinated, we asked for Covid tests. The Dr on call that day was Dr Sullivan. His bedside manner could not have been more kind or compassionate. His concern for our well being was very apparent and I could not ask for a better experience. Thankfully, our Covid tests were all negative, and we are on the mend.

I was able to schedule a Covid test within an hour. I was seen promptly and given excellent advice from the Nurse Practitioner The facility is clean and efficient

The best urgent care place ever--made appt, arrived early, was seen immediately. The nurses, staff and Dr. Sullivan were right on top of my issue, were kind and hilarious too. The fact that they have slushies, beverages and Pacman arcade games for people while waiting is a great touch.

I had to go to the cdga wellnow urgent care because the geneva one was only taking emergencies or appointments. They fidnt look as budy as the cdga office but thats where they suggested i go. So the cdga wellnow judt greeted me eith open arms got me right in. Everyone was very nice especially the emp named Neil and dr sullivan. I was very pleased with my treatmeny.

I have ear issues. Sometimes not bad but sometimes awful. I could no longer hear yesterday and went to wellnow urgent care for help. I was seen and treated in less than 30 minutes. They flushed my ears and I could completely hear again. I will come here again whenever I need care in an urgent manner.

I recently made an online appointment to be seen for an ear infection. I checked in while in my car, was called in ahead of my scheduled appointment and was seen immediately. There was no wasted time spent waiting—great, quick medical care!

The staff was extremely friendly and prompt. I did not have to wait at all to be seen nor was I in the examination room long before a nurse came in! Everyone I interacted with was kind and listened to my concerns. Will definitely go back!

I was seen at this location and was not able to get any real answers, only advised to see my primary care provider if things didnt change. I felt like I just gave away my hard earned money for nothing. Because I had so many questions that came with no real answers, a culture was sent out. However after more than a week I was not contacted with the results and had to call in myself to get results and even then they appeared to experience issues pulling me up in the system. I only give two stars because there was a male nurse there with a great personality who provided good customer service.

If youre looking for genuine medical assistance, go elsewhere.First, no accessible entrances if you are in a wheelchair or utilize any other forms of mobility assistance. Second, the staffs idea of discussing your medical history includes the medicine you currently take and nothing more--they dont even ask about the history of why you are there. Third, when the doctor was talking about antibiotic options her idea of presenting possible side effects was to name one side effect then add, and blah blah blah.At least they have a slushee machine, pac man machine, and a TV in every room, right? Poor priorities for an urgent care facility!

I had my COVID test done I was nervous about going up my nose! The nurse what very understanding and calmed me down and it was not uncomfortable at all I give her ten stars! Great visit thank you so much

Every single person I interacted with today was incredibly kind and attentive. Dr. Sullivan and the various nurses who cared for me went far above and beyond. I am most grateful for everyones graciousness and concern when I felt less than my best.

They were beet courteous, knowledgeable, friendly & I didn’t have to wait that long at all...maybe 10 to 15 min. It was a great experience!

Wish I knew the name of the nurse my four year old and I had the other day for our rapid covid test. She was great! Super nice as well. Surprisingly my 4 year old had a great experience getting his brain practically poked 😂 10 out of 10 would recommend her and the facility.

If i wanted to wait this long Id take my son to the ER. The only good thing was that my son could watch his paw patrol. Been here since 12:30 and were still waiting for the doctor to come in.

Very shady place, went there for covid test they charged me $100 for then i get a bill for another $150 that my insurance says they paid and i sent proof of it to them but they keep sending bills for a new patient office visit. i went there for covid test, only asked for covid test not office visit. stay far away from this place, urgent care is way better and way less shady i only gave it 1 star because you cant pick zero and still post the comment

Intake was great. After that... quickly down hill. I waited 1 hour for the doctor to see me. When he did see me finally, there was no apology for the wait, and the visit was perfunctory and rushed. Then the doctor made an error on the dosing instructions for my prescription, which caused another 45 minute delay at the pharmacy while they tried to reach him to clarify.

It was quick and easy to get testing appointments. The facility was clean and calm. There was very little wait-time, and the staff was friendly, yet professional. The nurse who swabbed me was quick and gentle. My son has a great deal of anxiety with all things related to Covid, and he had a very difficult time getting over his fear of getting tested. Our nurse, Serena, was very kind and patient, never showing frustration despite how long it took to swab him.

They were so fast, sweet and very clean when I brought my son in for an ear infection. His PCP couldnt see him until the next day and we just couldnt wait. Very very happy with our service yesterday.

They have walk in rapid Covid tests, no waiting for hours in the car like I experienced with UR Urgent Care in CA and Farmington. The NP was also very kind and knowledgeable. This is my go to Urgent Care from here on out- I wish they had family practices!

It was easy to make an appointment and the medical assistant was a real nice guy. I dont think the Nurse Practitioner took me seriously though. I have breathless moments without much exertion, tightness in my chest and throat, post nasal drip, a popping sensation when I inhale on my left side and a cough that doesnt happen too often. Its been going on for almost a week getting more often each day. I was told there wasnt anything wrong with me because my vitals were all normal and it sounded like I had gas😒 I definitely can tell the difference between a breathing issue and gas. I wasnt asked to take my thick hoodie off so I cant imagine how you could hear my chest that well with it on. I was offered a second Covid test and that was it. I tested negative on Friday which I did tell them. I feel like it was a waste of my time, money and I was better off just going to the hospital. I was hoping for in the very least a chest x-ray like the front desk suggested. Not a place I would go back to for care.

Wellnow Canandaigua has competent providers to see both children and adults!We will be a returning customer. As a pediatric RN I have struggled to find a local urgent care that I trust..wellnow Canandaigua has some awesome providers.

We were taken in right away. The nurse that took care of my daughter and I was very kind and patient. We didn’t feel rushed or uncared for. I would definitely recommend going here over Thompson health any day of the week!!!

My wife and I were at the Canandaigua location a couple of nights ago for a weekly COVID-19 test as required by work. Her appointment was at 6pm and mine was at 7pm. I am very pleased that they took us in upon arrival and let us take our test together! They are very accommodating for making it happen. I was willing to wait until 7pm but they made it easier for us. There was one issue though, we had to receive a note stating that we took the exam from the physician. I felt that the person taking the test should have handed to us immediately and signed it instead of waiting for the physician (which was unnecessary and pointless). The wait for the doctors note that we took the exam took ten times longer than the actual test. If this was due to being short-staffed than I have no problem with it. Ive been on the other side of the spectrum and am very understanding about that. If the wait for the physician to come in and hand me the note is going to be regular protocol, then the future reviews that I will give may not be as good

I was nervous cuz I had the test because I have some symptoms and work with someone who tested positive. Beth was the PA who talked to me before I left and reiterated the information on how to find my results.We are so fortunate to have these people working in the health care field, especially during this dangerous pandemic. I love this place! I made an appointment on line, which was very easy to do. I received a text message 45 minutes before my appt reminding me when to arrive. Once in the parking lot, I responded “here” to the text and I received a a text back saying, “ you have been checked in”. At exactly my appt time another text came saying, please come in. I walked in the door to be greeted by someone asking, “ Are you Anne?” I waited in a very clean room no more than 5 min before someone came in. Everyone was extremely kind, caring, and friendly. And There was tv in my room where I could watch whatever I chose while I waited. The entire experience was great. Makes me feel better about being sick! Thank you Well Now! So glad you are here! Had it not been covid I bet the pac man game I saw is on and I could have taken a wing at that if I had to wait!
