Walgreens Canandaigua Pharmacy is a 5 star plus. I have recently changed insurance companies and my prescription rider is not under contract with Walgreens. I have made many phone calls trying to be able to stay at Walgreens. But as we all know we are at the mercy of what insurance companies dictate. So I can know longer go to my beloved Pharmacy. To have my prescriptions filled. Every drug store but Walgreens.Jeff and his team are awesome

The pharmacy is outstanding. They remember you and treat you like a PERSON. You can always call with questions about medications and get a helpful, competent, compassionate response from the pharmacists. The pharmacy staff treat you with courtesy and professionalism. And of course the Walgreens app is very handy.

Came in for passport photo two employees were fighting over who will take picture , the one holding the camera lost . Then the was asked if I need the photo now , the person who need to reset the photo to print went for haircut . Really who want to take a picture do your job ! Do I want it now ?! That’s why I’m here ! Poor customer service ! Never shopping there again
