Got my J&J vaccine here. Ended up passing out, but everyone was so friendly! Woke up to my better half telling them we dont need an ambulance, and one of the very nice pharmacy ladies giving me an ice pack and a bottle of orange juice. 5 ⭐ would pass out here again. (But have no plans to do so in the future)

Shouldnt have to a week to get a prescription filed. If a prescription is filled monthly, maybe anticipate that and actually order the medication so its in stock ahead of time. I ordered the refill on a Monday, was told on a Friday morning that theyd go through the inventory they just received and it might be filled later if it was there. Apparently, it might be there next Monday...

Had a refill request not sent to my doctor and waited and waited finally called my doctor and found out it had not been sent. Ended up adding about a week to refill. Head pharmacist ended up getting aggressive and identifying problem as doctors immediately and repeatedly.

Worst customer experience Ive ever had mutliple times over. They set me up for auto renew which I didnt ask for and then told my doctor I never pick up my prescription on time. Im sorry, when I have a full bottle of prescription at home and get a call a week later saying my order is ready, Im not going to go pick it up. To the guy with the overly brushed hair, start treating people with respect when they come to the window or call looking for a refill instead of being condescending and belittling for no reason, youre not special, youre not funny, and because of you I wont ever be going back to this place. Definitely going to let everyone I know to steer clear of this place as well unless they want to play 20 questions and have their prescription delayed for no reason. Oh yeah and one more thing, manager was supposed to get ahold of me to work it out, never happened. Guess they dont care either.

An elderly relative who I help to care for was given multiple excuses regarding why her medicine could not be delivered today. She was finally told that the delivery person was not comfortable delivering a controlled substance, after having delivered it for several months prior. Wondering when employees started having the authority to dictate their job responsibilities? Worst customer service Ive ever encountered. I went in person to pick up the prescription for her and was treated to the same indifference in person as she receives via telephone. Very sad.

The pharmacy staff has always been very helpful and actually cares when answering questions. I have never liked getting vaccinations but they have always made it easy and are very kind.

Pharmacy is awful, dont fill your meds here! Everytime they give me some sort of problem. Today they told me my mental health dr could no longer prescribe in NYS, had me panic & drive home to call my dr thinking I wasnt going to be able to get my needed medication only to have it be a complete mistake on the pharmacist part, I then had to drive back there to get the medicine I should have just been given all along. It then took them 45 minutes to fill my one med. This wasted 2 hours of my day and sent me into a needless anxiety attack. This is just one story of how they make getting meds a nightmare. In the process of switching to Wegmans.

Great pharmacy always very helpful. There drive thru isn’t the best but the make up for it with there great customer service. Often have great deals.

Everyone is friendly! The pharmacy goes out of their way helping me with my understanding my fathers medication.
