I had some fillings done here. Quality work and quality service! The Dr. and his assistants were extremely nice and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I felt like they actually cared about the patients and not the money. I 100% recommend this place!

Most professional, Best dentist that I have been to in 40 years. That goes for the entire office staff. Shout out to “Lady Di” who is a master of her craft and who knows how to make patients feel comfortable in an off times uncomfortable situation. Glad I discovered them.

I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist. As ive had a couple bad experiences elsewhere. Which unfortunately then led to me not going to the dentist for far too long, sadly. I could not be happier with the care everyone has showed here. Their calming demeanor, care and patience while answering any and all questions is absolutely amazing. As well as getting you in, in a very timely manner that fits best with your schedule. I truly believe the Dr., And all that are there truly put their clients first and just want to help. They arent out for your money, they just truly care and want whats best for you and your situation. I highly recommend them. You wont be disappointed 👌. The only disappointment i have is in myself, for not coming to them sooner😁.

In for my semi- annual cleaning . All safe protocols were being followed by all staff. I have been going to this dentist since 2006.In the past 6 years I have moved 15 miles farther away but still go here. They have worked with me on payment plans and Dr. Propelka stands behind the labs work as well as his own!I will continue to travel from Perinton to Canandaigua for all their services.

This has been the best dentist Ive gone to. I just had a root canal done, and the Dr. always makes sure that Im comfortable and doing okay. He stops right away if you are feeling any discomfort and makes sure youre good to go before he begins again. He is very kind and I think he completed quality dental work. I wont go anywhere else!

Friendly staff. Knowledgeable. Clear feedback on teeth cleaning. Prepared best as possible during this CV19 times. And they always have some Grateful Dead playing on satellite radio for me. What is not to like?

After a few bad experiences with other dentists I avoided going to the dentist for a number of years...not a good choice as small problems just got bigger. I’m glad I found Lakeshore Dental as it was exactly what I needed...Dr. Sandro has a calming presence which quickly won over my anxieties with getting dental work done. Our kids (7 & 12) just gave me a thumbs up review for going to the dentist...so overall that’s five stars and two thumbs up for Lakeshore Dental.

This is one of the best Dental offices I have ever experienced. The entire staff welcomes you and makes sure your are comfortable and assured in all they do. Dr. Popelka is an excellent Dentist. I had a root canal surgery and he was extremely caring and gentle. I also needed a bridge replaced which also was done well. The whole procedure took 2 hours and I did not experience any post surgery pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend Lakeshore Family and Cosmetic Dentistry.

Recently went in for an extraction on 7/9/2019 , tooth #3 on the top right. Everything went perfectly. Entire procedure took maybe 25 minutes , about 24 of which was signing in, waiting for the novacaine to work, and making small talk with the doctor and staff. No pain or discomfort even after 2 days. Office is clean, dental stations are immaculate. Staff is friendly , and the attending Dentist (forgive me I cant remember his name) , had spotted an infection at the root my own dentist had missed ( I know this is right, because after 2 or 3 days on an antibiotic, most of the pain I was experiencing was gone) I would recommend them if you need something like this done.

I have known Dr. Popelka and his team for over ten years. I help support his practice equipment and supplies. Dr. Popelka uses the best products, stays current on technology, and maintains a high standard for infection control. My company is a small locally owned business. Dr. Popelka’s commitment to us has created grow and additional jobs to the Rochester community. I have and will continue to refer family and friends to Dr. Popelka.

Money hungry that is the only thing I can say. They told me my at the time 16 year old needed 2 root canals. Took her to another dentist and she did not. New dentists are way to money hungry, what happened to caring about the patient.

The office was clean and up to date, and the office staff was friendly. My cleaning went perfectly with the hygienist, and the dentist himself said my teeth looked great and it was very obvious I wanted to keep my own teeth. I passed with flying colors! HOWEVER...a couple weeks later I went into the office again for my Treatment Plan Meeting which he encourages for all patients and is free of charge. His employee showed me a chart where Dr. Popelka said I needed 2 fillings and a root canal. He also said I had an infection in the molar that needed a root canal and prescribed an antibiotic. I requested that my x-rays be emailed to me, and I got 2 other dentists opinions. Neither of them saw any of the things Dr. Popelka claims to have seen. One of my second opinion dentists called and asked Dr. Popelka a number of questions to clarify his reasons for the treatment plan he set for me. Dr. Popelka lied to cover his incompetence/false diagnoses. He told the second doctor that he performed tests to check whether or not the root was still alive in my molar, and reported that the root was partially dead. He also said I complained of periodic discomfort in that tooth. He NEVER performed any tests, and I NEVER said I experienced any discomfort because there isnt any! Dr. Popelka is dishonest, unethical, and he misdiagnosed me. I saw another patient have a similar experience with the office.
