Incredible! Went in end of March ordered some contacts its now mid April no contacts no idea when theyll be in...awesome! I love calling being put on hold and hung up on only to call back and be put on hold for another 10 minutes. The only reason for 2 stars is the optician himself is a good guy.

Visited on 8/31 to obtain new prescription for contact lenses. I live overseas and was going to order them online. However the prescription is wrong (the contacts that size do not exist) and the sample pair their provided do not match prescription.

Tried calling to establish an appointment. Im fairly certain the gentlemans job was specifically to answer the phone and put people on hold.
