Office staff are wonderful, professional and very friendly! Dr. Tao is excellent. He took his time and did an exemplary FULL examination not just a reading for a new prescription. Also there is art from local artists all over the walls. Ever been to an Art show at your eye doctor? Awesome place!

I am so glad that we found Dr. Tao and his staff. I have some tough vision issues, and he has worked diligently over the years to ensure my vision is as clear as possible with contacts. Jim handles our eyeglass needs and is very knowledgeable and personable. You are never rushed or made to feel like a number.Dr. Tao and his staff are kind and professional. Dr. Tao was wonderful..I went in with genuine concerns about my eyesight and he put me at ease..His eye exam was very thorough and although I was apprehensive about some of the tests once again he put my mind at ease.. He gave me a part of my life back that had been lost for awhile..I could not be more happier with my new glasses..The staff was very helpful and friendly and the whole place was very clean and well kept and there was a large variety of frames to choose from as well..I will definitely recommend Pearle Vision to family & friends..

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. I CALLED AHEAD TO CONFIRM MY COST WITH INSURANCE TO GET AN EXAM FOR CONTACTS. I WAS TOLD A PRICE. I GET THERE AND HAVE MY EXAM AND AM TOLD IT WILL BE MORE THAN DOUBLE THE AMOUNT I WAS TOLD ON THE PHONE. THIS IS BECAUSE THEY APPARENTLY GAVE ME 2 EXAMS WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. A CONTACT EXAM IS A SEPARATE CHARGE BUT THEY DIDNT TELL ME THIS ON THE PHONE WHEN I SAID I WAS COMING IN FOR CONTACTS. THEY MADE ME TAKE THE CONTACTS OUT OF MY EYES AND THROW THEM IN THE GARBAGE AND WILL NOT GIVE ME MY PRESCRIPTION. DO NOT GO TO THEM. THEY LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY.

I went as a new patient for an eye exam. Dr Tao was thorough and efficient. The office is very clean and all the staff friendly. I will definitely return.

Dr.Tao was Very professional and knows what he is doing, my vision has gotten much worse as he described to me that I have 20/100 vision, which means I see something clear at 20 feet what someone with 20/20 vision could see at 100 feet, I cant wait to see clear again, very fast and should be able to get them tomorrow (the next day).

Dr Tao was great , kind , understanding, got the best fit on contact I’ve ever had . I was quoted a price over the phone and was shocked when I had to pay more . I was upset and expressed this to the staff member cashing me out she didn’t seem to care .Today I got a call from the dr explaining where the confusion came about and apologizing . He offered a refund for the extra charge I wasn’t expecting, I now understand the all the charges and will be better prepared the next time , thank you for your help dr Tao!
