Dr Terri Haskins is a wonderful Dr! Shes very up-front & honest. And she really cares for her patients! Shes not just there for the money! She knows her stuff! Im very happy with Terri!

Terri Haskins in the worst. Horrible bedside manner. Has no compassion or understanding for patients needs. Puts you on painkillers and then just stops giving them to you, so your sicker than a dog. Im sure the rest of the physicians at the Boev clinic are fine, but Terri Haskins is not one of them. She shouldnt have a license to practice medicine!

Will not treat veterans from VA reference in a timely manor. When I was scheduled with them they New I had already been waiting for months for pain management, still scheduled me for three months out. Finally the week of my appointment comes and they cancel because their provider wants to take a vacation. When I try to reschedule they tell me I’m at the back of the line again and have to wait An additional several months.

Wonderful practice. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Ive been treated by Dr. Morris, Dr. Boev and Dr. Young. ALL VERY HELPFUL. Dr. Morris has treated me for several years and continues to find innovative solutions to help me. He goes above and beyond to help his patients. I am about to have my second surgery with Dr. Boev and know I am in extremely capable hands. As busy as he is, I never feel like Im being hurried or unheard. He was also very honest with my husband, telling him surgery would not be an option for him. I would highly recommend these doctors and practice!

If I could give Dr. Boev 10 golden stars, I would most enthusiastically do so. One of the first things he said to me at my appointment was that he was humbled to be my doctor. How many of you have ever heard a Dr. say that to you? You could tell he was sincere too. Almost 3 months of intense left leg/knee pain, an epidural shot that didnt help before being referred to see him. Long story short; he operated on my lower back, laminectomy, only 3 days later because of his sincere concern of my left legs severe weakness; that if not quickly corrected could become permanent. By Gods Grace and Dr. Boev, less than a week later, my left leg is noticeably stronger, no real pain to mention and this morning I went for a casual stroll of about .6 miles according to my cars tripometer. Walking is highly recommended in recovery and Ive been walking comfortably since shortly after the surgery. Im so very thankful to God and Dr. Boev for how Im getting along. Again, I most highly recommend Dr. Boev and my very best to you all.

Absolutely a great Dr. Insightful, detailed, and driven. He will get to the point of your issue and make sure you have all options explained.

I am very impressed with this group. The staff very polite and Dr. MORRIS very professional and explained everything so I understood all.I recommend this service to anyone who wants pain relief!

I have a Dr appointment in 2 days, had one last week, but they called me least than 24 hrs, I never got the message, so I came anyway after leaving my daughters surgery in Rochester to come to Canandaigua. The problem is how rude this one particular worker behind the window, the youngest, just so rude, she didnt give a damn, about nothing and it showed. Havent met the doctor yet, but after this appointment, I wont go to the Canandaigua office and its closer to where I live, if I could give ZERO stars I would. Now I know the doctor dont pick her staff, but this is how you lose customer by the people you have working for you.

I waited 3 months for this appoibtment. The receptionists were rude. The doctor was hurried and dismissive. I got no eye contact whatsoever and could have been talking to the wall. I got about 5 minutes of his precious time and a worthless back brace. Dont waste your time as you would obviously be wasting his. At least he gets another day on the beach from my visit.

Dr. Morris blatantly refused to see the patient because he didnt want to be bothered using interpreting services. If I could give this group zero stars, I would.
