There were flies in the lobby, and the floor was grubby. The woman who administered my covid test did not wear gloves.Not at all the kind of experience I wanted in a healthcare setting. I dont recommend going to Fast Pace.

Always kind and courteous. Very methodical and fast. They do not mess around like many places do and keep you waiting of course if theres a lot of people there you have no choice on that. The doctors are kind examine you thoroughly ask you a questions about your allergies and like. This is a superb place for treatment

They have always been very helpful and courteous. The waiting time has always been anywhere from 15 to 20 minutes. I have always waited 30 to 90 minutes at my primary provider.

I recently visited Fast Pace Urgent Care due to a migraine. I used the “save my place” option online which is very handy. It saved me some time in the waiting room. I got there within 15 mins of my appointment time and had only a 2 min wait in the waiting room before I was called back. The clinic is very clean and the staff are wonderful. I was in and out in 15 mins and felt much better after treatment. I highly recommend this facility. As a bonus, they are in the VA Community Care Network. I hope that they open a facility in Russel Springs soon to save me some drive time. Finger crossed 🤞

Have been sitting in the parking lot for over an hour. My appointment was at 810 am they open at 8 here it is 9 now and no one is even here to let us in this is rediculios and bad business..

We were not feeling so hot & my son plays sports so we needed to find out if we had Covid again ASAP. When we arrived we were told theres a 1.5 hr wait, which was understandable because they were REALLY busy. It was only 1hour we got right back EVERYone was super nice. We got tested & exactly 15minutes later we were done. Didnt have it but its ALWAYS best to be on the safe side, especially if your a parent or around others. THANK U Fast Paced for very quickly taking my worries away.... God bless yall for puttin yourselves at risk for others & caring. Thanks for all you do. ❤

I was helped up front with my paperwork thanks to Kelly Thompson, Dr. Jacqueline and her nurse were very quick and understanding to help with my sick toddler. He is on the road to recovery.

I went in to get checked gave insurance cards then she told me I need to give her my debit or credit card to put on file and they would charge me for vist and then refund me after insurance paid the times I have gone there always paid my deductible

They wouldnt look up in their system to see if my health insurance would be taken and wanted me to call then and verify myself. And they did the same thing to someone before me

Mom went here because of a swollen hand and red streak on her arm. Had to drive 10 miles to get to it and got there at 755 and turned her away. Second time something has happened like this even though management says to see anyone that comes in before closing as it’s their policy. Guess nobody pays attention.

They are professional and caring. Definitely will take mom there when needed. Love them.

Fast Pace is awesome! God bless your service. I couldn’t get in to my doctor’s office. They are often not very helpful to me. I’m not sold on their concern for my health. Poor attitude and lackadaisical care!You on the other hand, got me in “Walk in”, and I arrived at 9am. By 9:15am I was in the doctors care and by 9:30am I had been CARED FOR and believe me I was in pain! Serious poison ivy/Sumac rash had attacked me over night and I was miserable.Thank you so much for BEING THERE!Eric

Fast pace has been a great addition to Campbellsville. Our family has been to this location several times and even when it looks way too busy you are still seen quickly! Friendly staff and great care. It definitely beats sitting at the hospital hours for an issue treatable at fast pace.

Everyone is absolutely professional yet friendly. I do recommend Fast Pace to my family and friends all the time. Thank you for the service I receive I am never made to feel uncomfortable or rushed.

Place is very clean. Friendly & professional staff. Short wait time. Explained medicine in detail how to take & exactly what I was being given. Had a great experience & would recommend anyone. I will definitely visit again if need be.

I had a bad experience with my regular PCP and decided to go to Fast Pace due to needing more help. I was listened to, treated great and sent home satisfied! I even received a call to make sure Im feeling well!! BEST PLACE EVER!!! Thanks Fast Pace I was treated great!

I visited the clinic with a family friend who wanted me to go with her but nonetheless, the staff was all very nice. The provider didn’t get to the clinic until 10 which I thought was a bit odd. But other than that and hearing a dog yelping and crying in the back (not sure what a dog was doing in a Dr office) it was a great experience!! I will be back if I ever get sick!

The doctor you have there, I believe Heather is her name. NEVER lose her!! Ive been there numerous times between my 3 kids and I and she is the best care provider youve ever had and that Ive seen and Im even all the way from NY originally. So sweet, knowledgeable and never misdiagnoses. My kids love the slushies after certain visits to, great local facility.

10...you all were great! Fast service hardly no waiting...very professional but also very comforting staff...its very hard to find an urgent care center that doesnt have long wait times. Waiting area was also comfortable with snacks coffee and water.

The space is very nice and clean. The staff were great and the wait wasn’t long at all. The dr listened and prescribed what I believe is healing my foot.

Wonderful place with friendly, personable staff--from the receptionist to the doctor--and everyone in between. They were caring and concerned about my health and well-being, and even called to check on me after I left because of the issue I was having being worrisome. Great place, and I truly cannot say that enough!

I had a very scary illness in September My husband took me to Fast Pace Urgent Care. The nurse, Pam was taking my vitals and immediately started moving quicker with everything. I had no BP in one arm and very low in the other. She got the NP, Abbie and they immediately started fluids and called 911. I had gone into Septic Shock from very bad pneumonia that I had no idea I had. Because of their actions, I was put into ICU and recovered from it all. I am so thankful for both of them.

Fast and friendly service. VA approved. We now don’t have to make an out of town trip just to visit a VA Emergency room.

Wonderful doctors except a perticular doctor who has short black hair, She didnt want to hear my issue, very dismissive and didnt diagnose me and rush away within a 3 min of the visit. Very unprofessional and also the staff are very unhelpful young woman who are constantly getting my information wrong and are more concerned with there phones then patients!!

Got one star for them being so nice and I did get better, otherwise it would be none. First, I gave them my Medishare card-which is not insurance, it’s self-pay, we just have to report it. They told me to pay nothing now, but later we would figure it out after it came from insurance. Then we saw a nurse-not a doctor. Which was fine, I just had pinkeye so not a big deal, not super complicated. More on that later. Then they prescribe some eye drops and I go to the pharmacy which is about to close. Which is why I went to fast pace-it was the only thing besides the emergency room still open. They tell me they don’t have this special medicine, so they call around for 30 minutes until they finally find a pharmacy that has a replacement. They stay open for me to drive there. The nurse had given the dosage for an ear infection instead of eye infection-which is 33%higher than necessary dose. Fine, I adjust doses age myself. I get no information about how long to take it, so I guess 10 days. No info about contacts, makeup etc. I finally get better. A month later I get an EOB for 667$. No, that’s not a typo. SIX HUNDRED SIXTY SEVEN DOLLARS!!! They didn’t even touch me. We paid that for an MRI earlier in the year. No labs, no tests, nothing. Not even including the meds. Just for a nurse practitioner to look at me and say, “ You have pink eye. I’ll write you a prescription.” The EOB says for a physicians visit. So I call and they were pretty shocked about the bill at the local office and give me Billings number. I call and explain the amount and what we paid last time we went and what all we had spoken about at the local office. The woman was super rude, belittling, assured me that she had lots of experience with medical sharing, despite me having to explain to her what it was, and that she knew what she was doing and I owed 533$. She kept telling me it was my fault that I didn’t tell them self pay when I went to the office. I explained that I did and even offered payment and they refused telling me to “wait and see what billing says.” She told me to set my calendar and call back on my daughters birthday so they could give me a discount since I couldn’t pay. I said I would just wait for the bill and bring it back to the office I went to, to which she replied that that would be pointless because they would just have to call her anyways. Meanwhile, I am on and off hold where the recording keeps talking about simplifying billing for the ease of the patient by charging a 99$ flat fee. Needless to say this is all very nerve wracking. All for a simple prescription for pinkeye drops! My son went before and it was a horrible experience. I only went back because they were the only one open and I knew what was wrong with me and just needed a scripts I Should have just waited and gone to Taylor Regional Care Center. Lesson learned.

With 101.4 temperature I was waiting for my turn. all the sudden the receptionist wide opened the door for a patient on stretcher in ambulance to come . She could warn the people to cover themselves, she could open the door upon arrival of the ambulance. I could not take the cold and after a while waiting I just left to protect myself from cold.This review is not about the facility.

Thank you so much for listening to how I felt. Even though it was right before close you were patient and understanding. Unlike even my family dr you took the time to listen to me and not just say ok lets get her gone and rush. I cant thank you and your staff enough. Sadly its so hard to find a dr thats not overbooked overstressed and overworked and just worn down and their compassion is fogged due to that...but you all every single one of the people there were so upbeat caring and compassionate I cant say thank you enough best experience in years!

I was very sick running temps chills coughing couldnt breath felt like a mack truck had hit me. It all hit me after my family Dr had closed. So I gave them a chance. Four days after first trip still wasnt no better so I went back on a sat changed some meds around three shots later I was on amends. I ended up having pneumonia. The following tues they called to check on me but it wasnt the front desk clerk or someones job that was required to call the dr actually called to check on me. She said that she wished i had went to the hospital like they recommended but she knew i was bad and had been on her mind the whole weekend. Truly caring staff hard to find now days. Will definitely be back if I need them after hrs or weekends. And whole lot better care than our local er and hospital owned urgent care
