Dr. Lotz is knowledgeable, smart, and confident he can help me, which is an answered prayer as a chronic hives sufferer. When my treatment is finalized, I know my quality of life will be much improved. The wait for appointments is quicker than most places. The staff are friendly and good to their patients. Doctors are willing to answer your questions.
