The front and billing department are extremely unprofessional for not letting me know whether or not I may owe them $ at my appointments until after the fact. When I confronted them about it turns out the front and billing department dont work together! So if you have any insurance questions, the front will not know- only their manager. Also Beverly from the billing department hung up on me mid-conversation! I may have liked Dr. Chow and his service, but I am extremely dissatisfied with customer services. Find somewhere else that will treat you better than this.

The main issue with this medical practice is the wait time. The doctor that performed the procedure, Dr. He, is very knowledgeable and confident in her practice. However, each time we come to the clinic the wait is at LEAST two hours long. They have an issue of over scheduling and have no regard to people’s time. Our appointment is scheduled for 2 pm and we don’t see the doctor until after 4:30 pm. It’s very unprofessional and inexcusable to have patients and their families spend all day here for a follow up appointment. There is NO patient centered care here. At the very first appointment we had, we received a lot of eye rolls, attitude, and passive aggressiveness because we were asking a lot of questions. It’s as if as soon as they enter the room they have a time limit so don’t you dare ask questions because you’re taking too much of their time.
