Had a minor injury, was seen after about 15 minutes of waiting. 20 minutes after that I had an exam and antibiotics in hand. The NP was very nice and accommodating. She made me feel very comfortable and was very friendly and kind. Miles better than sitting around in an ER for a non-emergent (but still needing medical attention) injury.

I walked in, filled out the info requested at the kiosk, worked on my computer in the waiting area, and 20 minutes later was seen for my TB Test. The office was clean & well organized, and the nurse was kind, quick, & efficient. She told me the fees up front and even called me later to let me know about the clinics holiday closure and an alternative location. The only irritating part was having to type in my phone number 4 times at the kiosk. Other than that, quite smooth! Id recommend making an appointment though just in case theres a long line, as 5 people showed up not long after me.

MinuteClinic deserves zero stars. Their service is unacceptable. We drove to this MinuteClinic because they let you reserve a place in line & the wait was only a few minutes (compared to the 2 hour wait for the MinuteClinic by our house). When we arrived, we signed-in like youre supposed to. The machine said there was a 7-minute wait. Sounds great, right?Well, we waited.. and kept waiting. After about 20-25 minutes the clock suddenly changed to a 1-hour wait and suddenly said, WERE CLOSED FOR LUNCH. Nobody told us they were about to close or that the machine would completely lie to you. ** In fact, when we arrived we asked someone at the pharmacy if they were going to close for lunch and we were told that somebody is always there. She said we should sign-in and wait because it wouldnt be long. **Of course we left and well never be back. Dont bother with this location.. or any location, if this is how their system works.

Just went there to get a vaccine for travel. Came right at the end of the lunch. One person was ahead of me. 10 mins later I was seen by a very friendly and professional nurse - Rebecca. In 10 min I was out. Good service, clean place, great staff.

Minute clinic service is awful. Nurse is so rude and unhelpful. I made an appointment days ago for health screening, but she said we ran out of supplies!!!! I felt so discriminated, neglected and ignored. She told me can you speak ENGLISH. She was so racist to me.

The wait is just ridiculous, and the kiosk is inaccurate. Ive been waiting for over an hour, so much for minute clinic, and the kiosk has said I have 18 minute wait time since I signed in. They need to figure out their system because although its convenient to be able to see a medical professional on a Sunday, it should not take this long. Very disappointed. Im sure once I get in they will be helpful but idk if its even worth the frustration of waiting this long, especially when I was told it would be 1/4 of the timeline already waited.

Typed in my information and I was seen within 5 minutes. The NP was friendly and clearly skilled at what she does as my flu shot barely hurt.My only complaint is I wish the prices were lower.

Waiting here for 10 minutes already, first on the list, the only person here. The NP walked by me and into her office and has been making patient phone calls the entire time. Still waiting....

Everyones harsh reviews in combination with my pleasant experience made me write this review. I had a last minute need to see a doctor and I couldnt wait around for days before I could get an appointment at a regular clinic. I walked in and there were several people ahead of me, the kiosk estimated 1.5 hours. So I walked over to get a burrito and dropped my car off to get cleaned across the street. Within 40 mins the doctor called me to say she was ready to see me so I walked back in and saw her right away. She was very kind and thorough, making me feel very comfortable. My Anthem Bluecross insurance covered the entire visit and overall it was painless. Again- this was a walk in, so you shouldnt expect to arrive first in line. But just sign in and go about your business for the short wait. Will definitely use again!
