The place and staff are awesome. Even if you dont have a personal trainer the general trainers are very supportive. All the equipment is cleaned and sanitized after each use. The ambiance and music made me feel enthusiastic. I got my body shaped here. The service was exceptional. Five-star service!

Damien is a trainer who uses this facility and hes great. The facility itself is usually very quiet during my appointments, never crowded.

This functional fitness studio is awesome. I like to go during off peak hours, usually between 12 and 3, and I have the place to myself. The equipment is top-of-the-line and the facility is always clean. Claudia and her staff are awesome. If ever I have a question about a movement they are always willing to provide their knowledge. Heads up, the fitness classes are hard work!

If there were 10 stars for this place I would rate this place all 10 stars plus. Claudia plans workouts that are not only challenging but FUN! She readily modifies workouts according to one’s ability. Her motivation is gentle but firm! I truly look forward to my workouts with her. Also her gym is super clean.

I have been attending Womens Fit Club with Claudia at Fitness Movement since October and love it! I was a regular exerciser at home and hadnt worked with a trainer before going here. I started going because I wanted more structure, challenge, and motivation. I love having a trainer - Claudia challenges us and helps me exceed what I think I can do. It is so nice to go to the gym and have a workout already planned out for me. Claudia personalizes the exercises and amount of weight we are lifting to each persons fitness level. The gym itself is beautiful - tons of equipment in excellent shape and extremely clean. If I could give Womens Fit Club, Fitness Movement, and especially Claudia more than 5 stars I would.

This place is amazing! I struggled with commitment and was intimidated by gym equipment. About a year ago I joined Fitness Movement and I’ve been going 4 times a week since! Claudia does an amazing job at making each day different and keeps the workouts challenging yet still attainable for anyone at any level. I’ve seen so many changes in my body this far and can’t wait to see what another year does for me.

I couldn’t have found a better gym to help me look and feel my best on my wedding day! The Women’s Fit Club classes are challenging, fun and leave you feeling very accomplished! I started talking classes in December of 2017 and not only have I lost weight and inches, but I’ve also noticed drastic improvements in my strength and endurance. I appreciate the wide variety of class times offered, especially the early morning classes. The facility is clean and beautiful! I’d have to say that the best part of Fitness Movement is Claudia! Her dedication to her gym and clients is nothing short of spectacular. She is extremely knowledgeable about fitness, health and diet. I look forward to each class!

With 4 kids my life is crazy busy. Fitting in any kind of regular exercise or me time often seemed impossible. That all changed when I saw a posting for Fitness Movement asking if there was any interest in joining a moms boot camp. She offered tons of class time options with extended hours starting as early as 5 am and staying open as late as 9 pm. I started taking her classes 2-3 times a week back in October of 2017. What I wasnt expecting was to meet a lot of other amazing and supportive women in the process. I really cant say enough good things about Fitness Movement or Claudia as a Trainer! Claudia is well versed in nutrition, health and fitness. Her classes are fun, and no two workouts are ever identical! Shes got me doing things I never thought I could do. Ive lost inches, gotten stronger, and I feel amazing. Thank you Claudia and Fitness Movement for helping this Mama get her butt back into the gym! Did I mention that the gym is the nicest Ive ever seen... seriously amazing!

Claudia is the best! I started going to the Womens Fit Club classes about three times a week last November, and I am now in fighting shape for the zombie apocalypse, thanks to Claudia.In all seriousness, the classes are varied, never boring, and always challenging. Claudia has managed to create a super supportive community of women of all ages and fitness levels, and I cant argue with the results.Highly recommend!

This gym is awesome! Ive been taking the Womens Fit Classes for a few months now. I am always impressed with the workouts that Claudia puts together for us. They are always different, work my whole body, and kick my butt in a good way! Ive been getting great results - stronger, more endurance, more toned muscles, and my metabolism has picked up. I highly recommend Fitness Movement for anyone who wants a clean/nice gym, awesome trainers, and amazing workouts. I also have to mention that its FUN! I always have a great time and have enjoyed getting to know other women in the classes. Thank you Claudia for all that you do!

I cant say enough great things about Fitness Movement and their Womens Fit classes. Ive been going since October and Claudia has been exactly what I needed to push myself and hold me accountable. I worked out before at home, but since coming I have gained so much strength and confidence in myself. Each class is different and can modified to meet your current fitness level. The gym is clean and well stocked with every equipment you can imagine. I cant thank Claudia and Fitness Movement for the push and encouragement I needed.

The personal trainers know their stuff, and take each clients needs into consideration when creating a fitness program. The gym is large, open, full of all the strength training equipment one could ever need, and CLEAN!Ladies--the Womens Fit Club is just for you, no matter your fitness level! This supportive group of ladies pushes each other to get stronger and healthier under the guidance of the wonderful owner/personal trainer, Claudia.

As a father that was on the wrong side of 35 and finding it exceedingly difficult to keep up with 3 growing boys, I was in desperate need of some healthy changes. I tried various gyms that offered different perks but never really found what I was looking for. I finally found my fitness home! Fitness Movement is unlike any gym I had ever been part of. The difference? Claudia...Her passion and dedication to helping others strive to be the healthiest versions of themselves is what really stands out. Not to mention her immense experience, fun, fresh and challenging workouts, great equipment, facility and awesome members!! Maybe now I can keep up with the boys.

I have belonged to a gym and been working out since I was 14 years old. I turn 36 in a week 😬. After having my third child I was looking/praying for some place to get healthy, get in-shape, get exercise, and honestly just get out of the house! Claudias post on Facebook in my neighborhood caught my eye and I gave it a try. Day 1 I was hooked on the workouts, the group and Claudia. I have belonged to so many gyms over the years, many workout groups, and Orange Theory. I have trained and completed marathons, played on competitive sports teams, including in college and yet I have never had such a complete body workout as I get at Fitness Movement. I am stronger than I have ever been and because of that muscle I have had to get new clothes. Everything fits so great and its only been three months at Fitness Movement and I only go twice a week! I feel that Claudia is so invested in me. She started these groups by first asking when everyone could be available to workout. I can only do late night evenings. Most other fitness option classes stop at 7pm. Yet Claudia was willing to have two 8pm classes. Just that investment made me so motivated to give her a chance. Even on days when I dont workout with her she motivates me to eat right and exercise. Plus, I know she is only a text or post away if I need some motivation or help. The women in the classes are at all levels of fitness yet I enjoy working out with everyone, no matter age or ability. This group has seriously changed my life and was a huge answered prayer. Thank you Claudia!

This is a one of a kind place with a one of a kind trainer. Claudia Piech is one amazing lady. Somehow she has created bootcamp classes for women at a crazy reasonable price.I have been attending this boot camp since Nov 2017. In three months I have been able to shed extra weight, build muscles, and meet amazing judge free women.Claudia knows what women want from their workouts and takes the time to know her clients. With your boot camp membership you not only get an amazing workout, but you get a personal trainer that will keep you accountable, care about your goals and celebrate them with you, and most importantly will take extra time from her busy schedule to give you personal time if you need.Please take a chance on Fitness Movement and join a gym that cares.
