I have been thrilled with the work that has been accomplished. Nick and David, our installation team, are professional and friendly. I cannot speak highly enough about them. We still have a bit of work to do to make the City Inspectors happy, but we should be complete with that work in a matter of a few days.Our only unhappiness with our experience is that Bellows is so good at what they do, it takes a long time to get through the process. We got our initial scope of work estimate and bid proposal on June 28, 2021. We accepted their bid in early July. Unfortunately, due to the workload, the installation of the AC unit was not accomplished until September 28 and 29, 2021. It has been a long, hot summer . . . sigh.Anyway, I think Bellows is a great company with superior staff. I would recommend them to others. I would also recommend having AC units replaced in the dead of winter!

Michael arrived at 2 PM as he mentioned earlier when he called to notify me at 1PM.He inspected my unit and cleaned the coils on the condenser.He showed me what to check like the filter which need to be changed yearly., check for any water backUp. Everything was working in excellent condition.Keep up the yearly maintenance and warranty will be covered.Overall I was very satisfied with the service that Michael provided and even mentioned that hope to see him again next year.He said that the plumber will come to do a maintenance check on my water heater.

Bellows was professional, timely and competitively priced for the installation of our new air conditioner. Personnel were were respectful and courteous. Bellows provides excellent communication through the entire process. I would highly recommend this company.

Our more than 30 year old furnace was having issues, so we took that opportunity to reach out to Bellows for a quote to replace the furnace and add A/C. Carl, the salesperson took the time to explain the different options which helped in our decision making process. Once we agreed to proceed, Russell, the project manager, visited our house to ensure that the logistics were being planned properly. Since we decided to move the furnace from the closet to the attic, additional preparations had to be done. Once the date came for the installation, the workers were prompt and worked three and a half days to finish the project. Its been two weeks since the completion and we have enjoyed using both the furnace and A/C (on different days) with absolutely no issues. We highly recommend Bellows for their knowledge, professionalism, and skills.

Their tech Steve was great! Asked detailed questions, diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly. He explained what was wrong and what the fix was. Having a working AC again is fantastic!

Nick and Jake did an excellent job installing two furnaces in my home; whole team at Bellows was good to work with; very professional and responsive. The Costco/Bellows partnership worked seamlessly, and pleased with the Lennox heating system. I recommend them. I recommend they use booties going into homes as many contractors do.

Mike from service came out to check split Air / Heat vac system that seemed not too heat / cool in the kitchen / dining and living room properly. He was detailed and thorough check temp input vs output from each unit ! The system is operating in the proper range and provided us tips to improve system performance ! Besides washing the fins of thr outdoor unit he recommended running both downstairs units with the room doors open ! He thought that might meet our needs since the living/kitchen room unit was sized at limits for thr living area but adding thr bedroom unit on would help heat / cool both rooms!Thanks Bellows for Superior Customer / Tech service

They came to fix the issues I was having after I had another company come clean my tankless water heater. They were so responsive and really explained how this other company almost broke our plumbing system. They also were great at suggesting things we should be doing differently based on where we live. If you live in the mountains--this company is really knowledgeable about the issues you might run into! Highly recommend them!

Ordered a replacement heating furnace from this Costco contractor. The installation went well tho it took two days instead of one because they were understaffed. The work quality was good and clean. The 2 stage Lennox furnace installed was super quiet compare to my old noisy furnace. Very happy with that. However, the sales process wasnt so good. The salesman made mistake with the quote, I had to sign twice. Installation schedule was delayed a week. Pre-install site inspection was late also.

A sales rep visited our home to discuss a new Mitsubishi heating system. He provided consultation and a price-estimate within a convenient amount of time. He was friendly, helpful, and covid-safe. We have not yet made a decision about this upgrade.

Bellows installed a Grohe faucet and a Viking dishwasher just about three years ago. The faucet came loose and when technician came and tightened it, it developed a leak and flooded my kitchen. The dishwasher they installed also had a faulty installation of the drain hose which popped off and also flooded my kitchen.
