Looking for beautiful lashes and a much healthier alternative to lash extensions? Look no more! Ive been going to Erica for several years now to get the YUMI Lash Lift. Ive tried this with 3 other aestheticians prior -- one had recommended Erica while she was traveling and the other two I never went back to because the results were mediocre and one even caused my lashes to crinkle (!!!).Btw if you dont know what a lash lift is, its like a push-up bra for your lashes. The treatment uses chemicals to lift and curl your lashes and can last from 6-8 weeks. Because there are chemicals, its important you go to a reputable and knowledge person that understands how to adjust the process according to your lashes to avoid damaging / over processing. Plus the treatment Erica uses has keratin which is less damaging!Although I live almost an hour drive away from Erica, I religiously drive to see her every 6-8 weeks to get my straight Asian lashes lifted. Erica is super meticulous and will get every lash (including the baby ones on the corners) lifted beautifully! I always come out feeling like a million bucks and can get away with not putting on makeup every day which saves so much time.Tl;dr I LOVE the results of getting my lashes lifted with Erica, and trust Erica 150% with my lashes!!Also, recommend doing a growth lash serum every day (like Rodan & Fields which I find works really and saw results after 2 months) to lengthen your lashes. I use this in conjunction with the YUMI Keratin lash serum Erica sells to strengthen my lashes so I can maintain healthy and beautiful lashes!

Erica It took me a long time to find a wax place that I liked. Erica makes you feel super comfortable and has a super light hand, you barely feel pain and very clean!

Whats wrong with you asking for donations? You not the only business thats loosing money, their are employees that have family to support the dont go on the internet asking for donations. The whole country is shelter in place. You a very selfish individual with no feelings for other human. Thats speaks in lack of your moral character. Never visited your establishment nor will have any desire ever.

I have been seeing Erica exclusively every month for 7 years for all my waxing needs. Erica is extremely professional, skilled at her craft and takes care of me like I would take care of myself. I travel from Palo Alto just to see her. Her prices are fair and her scheduling is easy. Love Hush!

Sadly I had the worst experience at this place. The owner Erica was extremely rude with me. She just doesn’t know how to treat her clients. I just looked at some other reviews here on Yelp that have mentioned her lack of respect for people and I can say it is definitely true. She has no respect. It’s really sad to know that what happened to me has happened to other people, because when I am not treated well I like to think that the person was just having a bad day. That is clearly not the case since other people are complaining as well. This place offers a mediocre service and it has a really bad vibe inside, probably created by the owner’s attitude. I definitely don’t recommend this waxing studio. If you are looking for a nice and clean place to do your wax, there is a lot of good options around with very good and kind professionals.

I have been waxed by Erica and Jenny and they are both amazing.Erica has waxed my brows and brazilian. Each time I came out more confident and hairless! She is so sweet and really detailed oriented, which is huge when it comes to waxing.Jenny is very friendly and always has a smile on her face. She is a great waxer and has always left my eyebrows fabulous. Making sure that I am always happy with the end product.You can’t go wrong when getting waxed by either of them.

Erica does a great job with my eyebrows, I am so glad I found her. Very great customer service and she is friendly. She makes sure to somehow fix stubborn hairs and she hasnt rushed me once because someone is waiting. Also, I love the wax she uses because theres no pain. Her place is clean and in a nice location. Really like how easy it is to schedule future appointments.

Experienced my first waxing service last night ( eyebrows ). Erica was not only friendly and knowledgable but also a true professional. She made me feel comfortable and at ease as she cleaned up years of my mismanaged eyebrow work. Ericas eye for aesthetics showed in her work as she gave me the clean natural eyebrow look that I was looking for.

Not only are Ericas prices comparable (she offers similar packs of services), it was nice to connect with someone local who is passionate about what she does and makes you feel completely at ease.Erika doesnt push products to make sales- she only sells what she personally knows works, and doesnt pressure you buy at the end of your session. She uses hard wax which is a specially desirable for a Brazilian bikini helpful to know if this is going to be your first time!). Her online reservation service is really easy to use and she confirms right away. I literally booked my appointment the night before.
