Dr. Matt Cook is one of the best functional medicine doctors out there! Grateful for him and his team every day. He led me down a path of healing my gut issues, allergies, and detoxing mold. He cares so much to help people feel better and uses new treatments that most doctors do not even know about. He is basically Nikola Tesla but for functional medicine. Anyone who is suffering from health issues I would highly recommend Dr. Matt Cook.

I hate to write this review,.. Everyone at the office says they care, they seem to care, I truly want to believe that is true. I had even held off writing any immediate review -hoping multiple interactions would lead to a positive experience but it hasnt. They are consistently making mistakes, not keeping their word and uncoordinated. This has lead to a very poor overall experience (multiple times).And then there is Dr. Cook.I believe he can be great, or was great at one time. Unfortunately that has not been my experience when working with him. (multiple times) To be honest, he seems enamored by the spectacle of his own success, -partially disconnected from many of the statements given (as if hed been repeating them time after time & is stuck on auto-pilot) and COMPLETELY disconnected from the actual patient experience.Unless you have cash to burn or are going in there for something basic I would look somewhere else. I have had better experiences with Free Health Care.

Before coming to BioReset, I had a chronic cough (7 weeks and it was not COVID), extreme fatigue and my brain was “foggy”. I had seen my Primary Doctor and had also been to The Mayo Clinic. Neither helped me with those issues.When I first met Dr. Cook, he said We will get rid of your cough. After two visits (in 1 week) at BioReset, my cough was gone. Every single member of his staff has treated me with compassion and sincerity.They knew my name and I knew theirs. They sat and spent time with me while I was being treated. I have not seen Dr. Cook yet, but his podcasts have given me so much hope that I will be able to heal from lyme disease. As someone that has seen over 40 medical practitioners, this is not a disease that can be treated by a cookie cutter approach. My name is Kevin Thompson. I want to briefly share my story along with this testimonial. I lived in a rental home with toxic mold in the basement that grew over time from a lack of ventilation. I had the most amazing experience at BioReset Medical! Dr. Cook and the entire staff are incredibly supportive, friendly and most importantly they truly listen. Beware of providers who offer treatments that are not clearly explained, sound too good to be true, and have reviews that sound professionally written.There is a lot of woo regarding stem cell treatment and it doesnt take long to run into it!Asking the doctor questions gives them an opportunity to practice explaining what they do. If they cant do that briefly, and especially if they try to hide what they do or hide behind sales representatives (and the majority do), move on.The physician should have at least a simple website. It does not need fancy imagery and scripting as Dr. Cooks; just details about what the doctor does and how he does it. For example: BMSC is obtained from the patients iliac crest, processed using Harvest® BMAC, tested for viability before it is first used. BMAC and PRP are injected using fluoroscopy.Or, alternatively, the doctor might publish marketing lingo that promises modern, advanced rejuvenation treatments, to avoid unnecessary surgery or pain. If they do that, you need to ask the cold, hard questions and dont pay a dime until you get definitive answers.Here are a few general questions about the doctors practice that I asked. I was looking for treatment for my problems.1. Can the doctor inject stem cells into the epidural space?intradiscally? Intrathecally (for neurological problems)?2. What else does he treat to help my lumbar spine? I heard youmention facet joints. What about ligaments?3. What imaging guidance is used? Ultrasound?4. Does he use umbilical-derived Whartons jelly stem cells (WJSC)? How many viable cells per ML and how do you verify cell viability?5. PRP included? How much and at what concentration?6. How much for WJ IV stem cell injection? From where is it sourced?7. How much cost for 2 knees, 2 shoulders, 2 elbows, lumbar spine areausing WJ (or WJSC + BMSC or WJ + PRP)?As for the one star, I had asked the questions, got a response with no answers by a very pushy woman trying to sell, sell, sell, was then ignored for several weeks after having no answers to my questions, and then, finally, I posted my questions on Yelp. The doctor responded by banning me from his practice. The questions above are given to help you, the patient. Think about your condition and come up with some questions of your own.
