Jessica has such a calm voice and is patient with each needle insertion. Their location is so peaceful and calming. They take so much care to details to be clean. Michael is one of the most compassionate, delicate and gentle doctors I have ever met. I came to see him with a very nasty cold that made me feel very miserable and barely alive. His bedside manner is excellent! At no point during the treatment I felt rushed or uncomfortable. I have to say that I am only giving Michael Brown 5 stars because that is all that are available to me!! I have been a lifelong allergy sufferer. I have been to multiple allergists, tried all kinds of allergy drugs, shots, etc. Nothing really worked. I still suffered from all of my symptoms, just slightly less. Anyway, I talked with Michael and went in. I am a huge skeptic, so didnt really expect anything. Wow was I wrong!!! Within a week I felt so much better, and now, abut 10 weeks later, and in the height of spring. my allergies are almost non existent! I can go to the ranch, ride my horse, feed hay to the entire barn, with nary a sneeze!! Michael knows his stuff, and I am sending all of my friends his way!!!!
