Best Pharmacy around! Very happy with my experience, Jackie and Maren, the pharmacist are amazing at what they do! The technicians are very fast and efficient even when the store is busy. I went in when the power went out because of the weather, can’t control Mother Nature😂 The staff apologized for the inconvenience and even called me to let me know the system was back up! How awesome of them to do that, you go Walgreens!!

Back to one star. They only manage the weeds if someone complains. They are a lousy neighbor and dont care about our town. If they closed tomorrow you wouldnt notice because the parking lot would be overgrown as usual. Im posting additional recent pictures. There is no excuse for this. If they dont want to maintain the landscaping then pave the whole thing.I am revising the review I posted below and changing my rating from one to five stars. Two days after that review the weeds were all cleaned up and I feel that there should be some positive response to that. As a resident of Camp Verde, I am very eager to see businesses that are willing to invest in our town. I hope that Walgreens continues to make a positive contribution to the beauty of this great place.Previous review:I have no complaint with the service or products. I want to express my anger about the weed infested landscaping. If they dont care about how they look, why should I shop there? CVS is right down the street and there are several other options in Cottonwood where I work.

The Pharmacy likes to play games with you. I will no longer be using Walgreens Pharmacy for anything.

I have been getting the same meds here for a year now. I always use a GoodRX coupon and my meds are around $60. Today they would not honor the coupon and wanted to charge me $105. I called CVS and they said they will honor the GoodRX coupon so guess who will get my business?

Very professional, they are part of the small town charm. They try very hard to do the best they can. The drive up window for the pharmacy is very fast too. Very nice people.

More expensive than other drug store. More selection of products than any other store in town. The pharmacy I wont use anymore...was treated horrible one time.

I have never been treated so poorly by a pharmacist. (The medication was for my dog, so I am not a pill popper).] I will definitely take my pharmacy needs elsewhere, but the rest of the store was pleasant.

I get what I want, but maybe they could improve the place a bit.

Asked them what a medication was and they couldn’t tell me,i had to look it up myself. Than get medicine and get home and they didn’t put a syringe in it to measure it. Pretty sad and dangerous that they don’t know what a medicine is. Will be changing pharmacies.

Never have prescriptions ready, ignore you, always have to wait even in the drive thru they ignore you. Doctor sent prescriptions over at 11:30 AM it is now 3:25 PM and we are still waiting for them while the staff is chit-chating away having a good time. Camp Verde location

Yeah okay I did have it bad review on here about Walgreens but this past week change my mind my husband whose health is deteriorating needed medication he is on short term disability and his company did not inform him that his insurance company had changed that they were using so we were in a panic trying to get his medication and new information to the Walgreens pharmacist I was getting absolutely nowhere with the new insurance company so I called Walgreens and was speaking with Lisa in the pharmacy she is the one who took control and got everything cleared up and was able to get my husband his medication when he needed it she was an angel that day sent from God if it wasnt for her my husband would probably be in the hospital Thank you Lisa so so much for taking the time dealing with insurance and helping my husband

This place is the best ,a few years ago I had problems but they have really got it together over there and I really appreciate there professional customers service because I have a lot of issues and they really GO the extra mile to put a smile on my face thanks to the pharmacy staff :-)

Seems they are under staffed or possibly have the wrong staff to mulittask. Ive found myself on many visits trying to be patient, unfortunately each visit keeps getting worse.I have personally visited store and pharmacy, both have issues.1. Store employees dont know where items are or if they have in stock, they give you a isle and say check.2. Pharmacy is a clear disfunction in itself,If they trained employees to communicate it wouldnt be so bad. Time to get rx is unacceptable. Hopefully walgreens reads this so they can make appropriate changes.

If you dont want to drive the fifteen miles to Walmart, you might find what youre looking for here... Maybe...
