Excellent dental care. The environment is a little dated. But to me what is most important is the care and how I feel. They did an excellent job at my husband‘s tooth extraction, the implant is not yet completed but it is looking like it will be a success. The price was also much more affordable than other dental offices we were quoted. Also my kids felt comfortable there and participate willingly.

I had 2 teeth that bothered me a lot, were hurting and I could not chew foods on that side. I was only able to chew on one side.I decided to go to Dr. Thomas Nguyen’s office to see how he could help alleviate my pain so that I may enjoy my foods again. Well, he performed the open and med to relieve my pain and finished the root canals on my next appointment. Afterward, he crowned both teeth. I was ecstatic that I’m no longer in pain and can chew again on that side. I loved how gentle and caring Dr. Nguyen was.His staffs were friendly, nice, and overall excellent. I definitely would come back for a more comprehensive evaluation for my entire mouth.Thank you Dr Thomas Nguyen

Well I thought finally I found a dentist that I thought listened to me, however I should have known something was up when the front office failed to make me another appointment. All of a sudden get a letter in mail from another dentist office that Cameron Park Dental was closed and my records were transferred to another local dentist down the street.WOW! Went by office this evening to check it out and YEP It’s closed! Notice in door from lawyer “ looks like a pay or quit notice”. Notice on door records sent to another office down the street. WOW!!!!

Dr. Koett was very gentle and fast. He is an awesome doctor. I love that I can get my crown done in an hour. The front staff is welcoming. Thank you very much.

My experience with the staff at Dr. Nguyens office was fantastic. All were friendly, courteous and very professional. My doctors name was Will Koett. His top priority it seemed was my well being the whole time. I really appreciated that. Thanks to you all in the front office too!

Staff is friendly and professional. I did have one issue which is why only 3 stars. A couple of months ago I left 3 voicemail messages during business hours to make an appointment for my son while he was home visiting. Never received a call back. I feel comfortable with the dentist and the hygienist but a little work on customer service would be good.

Dr Will is awesome the staff in front and in back were great.felt right at home this is a good place to go.

Fraud!!!!! The owner Thomas Nguyen stole 2000 from us for a bridge, shut the practice down and refuses to give us our money back!!!Don’t trust this man!Horrible to leave patients in pain and not even give them their money back so they can get help somewhere else without having to pay twice!!
