I will be closing my account come Monday. They never have representatives available. They locked my card during 4th of July weekend due to their horrible customer service that never picks I was never able to get it unlocked had to order a whole new card.they locked my card again today the new card and again same issue this is horrible I rather keep my money inside a pre paid card They have better customer service than this. I would give a negative 5 score if I could and 0 stars. Be prepared as monday u guys will see me at that bank and Im taking all of my money out everything.DO NOT BANK W THEM WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN WORLD AND THEY OUTSOURCE TO INDIA SO YOUR INFORMATION IS NOT SAFE

My husband and I recently starting dealing with this credit union. Since we began, weve had no issues. Theyve been pleasant and helpful.

If i could give it 0 stars i would. The tellers always have a attitude. Especially the one with the glasses, like do you get paid to make faces and have an attitude? 😂 its closer to me but i no longer go to this SJFCU. i rather go the extra miles to get non ratchet customer service.

After nine years of banking think of anything good to say. With any questions or concerns never been smoother to elevate my concerns beyond energy level people. Camden branch is the worst and help from call center is limited.

Their customer representatives are amazing 😉 they are helpful, knowledgeable, people friendly, they have such a wonderful and amazing attitude. The atmosphere in their 🏦 banks are very relaxing 😎 they really work extremely well with the customers thank u credit union.

The most unprofessional, unhelpful, nd unfriendly people work here. Credit unions are suppossed to be better but not this one. They act like your money is their money!! Nd go out of their way to make anything that is needed difficult or impossible. Incredibly disappointing. After 3 yrs of bs from this bank nd nothing else, Im gonna be taking my money elsewhere with a smile.
