This company is a fraud and the worst con artistry. No Information on their website is accurate with faulty data analytics. I am a physician listed with the wrong site of practice, the wrong specialty, the wrong conditions. They have unvalidated reviews from fake patients, I have never seen from a clinical site where I do not practice. When alerting the company of their error they are not forthcoming, and try to get physicians to sign up to their services to protect their reputations. This is beyond insulting to those who are risking their lives serving patients , especially during a pandemic. Truly a disgrace.

I googled my name out of curiosity on April 20 and discovered that the Wednesday prior a verified reviewer wrote a one star review on a site called Care Dash. The review about me is completely false. It slanders my name and professional reputation. My integrity is put into question by anybody who stumbles across this online. I flagged the review. Nothing changed. I contacted the company via the contact us on their website. Nothing. I emailed Care Dash three times after reading their fraudulent review policy (which was clearly breached) reporting this verified reviewer. Nothing. I called the company contact number, left a voicemail reporting the fraudulent review. Nothing. Not a SINGLE response from Care Dash. In my emails and voicemail, I urged them to remove this character assasination of a review, that if they had any questions to please contact me OR my employer, who could easily verify that the review is slanderous. Nothing. And this verified reviewer just gets away with slandering me? No questions asked? When, exactly, is the fraudulent review policy implemented? In looking at how a person leaves reviews on Care Dash, to become verified, they register their email on the website. I asked in my voicemail that Care Dash speak with my employer if only to verify that this is not even a legitimate client of mine, as per their requirements to review, a person must be a client of the provider. So any feedback, Care Dash, if you are reading this now? What does it take to get pure lies removed from your website? What kind of company are you-?

Care dash not only publishes fake reviews, and falsified information on physicians, they are company that has numerous over 100 complaints submitted to BBB. They dont participate as a BBB member because they are such as bogus company. This is one of those companies that is making money off of marring hard working physicians reputations and falsified reviews, and bogus patient reviews. I am a nephrologist and they claimed I am affiliated with a podiatrist. It is a sad state of affairs where hard working dedicated physician reputations have been boiled down to patient reviews No one looks into the whys of these reviews. A physician may have refused to fill a narcotic prescription to an addict, there goes 1 star review, may be a physician is at end of his or her wits trying to convince a patient reality of their condition rather than the reality the patient wants to see. The whys are left behind. And get this, for my reviews the 1/5, but 5/5 for following me loyally as my patients. Translation, bad doctor, but we will follow you anyways.I went in day in day out without taking a break fighting as a front liner during the pandemic, saved many lives, and I am proud of my work and I dont need to defend myself. I have integrity in my work and I am sure the CEO of this company stays far away from that word. And by the way, they want our money to advertise with them. And, there are no laws or help stop this. Our energies are being spent on fighting this pandemic while these kind of companies try to drag our reputations down. Not only are we burnt out saving peoples lives we are burnt out on fighting for our reputations. God save the modern physicians morale in lieu of all these hurdles. Riddled with inaccurate and outdated information! Wanted personal information to update my profile and needed to pay membership fee to access review info! Scamming!

The healthcare services by Dr. Robert Rothstein was good. His office is located in Forest Hills, NY. When called to talk about a billing matter no one returned my call - I called three times. When I wrote him a letter one of his staff called. She stated that they had not record of my call. That in the future I should take down the name of who took the message. There was no acknowledgement of a problem in their office rather instruction of what to do in the future. She then responded to my answer. I told her I was going to write a review of the poor service. She stated that I can. No effort to truly apologize that they may be at fault. I think, if I received a letter about my staff poor service, I would have taken the trouble to make the call.

Unsubstantiated ratings of physicians based on reviews that cant be viewed. Dont take my word for it...check out the complaints on BBB.

Ive worked with CareDash for my medical clients over a couple of years now and love their team. The product is great, the visibility and value for practitioners is phenomenal, and their team is uber-responsive. Many tech and medical companies could learn a thing or two from CareDash and how they operate. Highly recommend for anyone who manages a lot of medical clinics and practitioners.

They post fake information without proof

My family are new to the area and we have had some difficulty trying to find good referrals for specialists for our young son. CareDash makes it easy in finding new doctors/phone numbers. The site even works well on the mobile. The Yelp for doctors. Great site and we will be using it again.

CareDash continues to publish publicly personal information of healthcare providers without their consent, thus violating their privacy and placing their safety at risk. Despite the numerous complaints and requests to have personal information posted on its website removed, they refuse to do so.

CareDash provides unfiltered doctor reviews, so I know I have all of the information when making decisions about my health care. Great tool, and interesting articles too!

Wonderful experience great service

They order food to be delivered, they ask the driver to go all the way up to deliver the order then they give no tip!! If you wanna your food to be delivered to your table you should tip.
