First off, I dont usually write reviews, but felt I needed to regarding the service I received from C. Albert Matthews. From the time Matt came to our home to give us an estimate to the install, was absolutely fabulous! I cant say enough about the technicians that came to our home. They were precisely on time, courteous, and respectful of my home. Wiping up the floor when they walked on it and left my laundry room spotless. Doesnt even look like any work was done in there! Oh, and when I mentioned that I needed to bring my trash can in, they pulled it up to the garage as they left. And did I mention, the tankless water heater looks amazing! Thank you so much guys! I think you have us as a customer for life!

Wrong diagnosis, wrong recommendation, poor follow-up on AC issues. However, they did remove the charges related to that visit. So 5 stars for moving the needle there. The custom service request for changing all fire alarms in the house was done timely and done well. 5 stars there. I would recommend them for defined work, not for diagnostic AC repairs.

I could not be more pleased with our experience with C. Albert Matthews! They went above and beyond our expectations. We had a tankless hot water heater and an entire new Greenspeed HVAC system installed. I was thrilled that they came up with a plan that moved all of the big equipment out of our laundry room to under the house which nearly tripled the size of our laundry room! And best of all they offer incredible financing that allowed us to get a much better system than we previously had at 0% interest. We are already seeing a significant savings in our utility bills and the new system is paying for itself! This is a company that really knows what they are doing and every part of the process was top notch! If you are on the fence trying to decide which company to go with, C. Had a great experience with C Albert Matthews on a property we were selling that needed some repairs. Lisa their office manager was particularly helpful with getting the work done in a timely manner! C. Albert Matthews is the best! They installed several mini-split units in our house, and they maintain our big old boiler. Their work is excellent, the crew is always cordial and conscientious, and they have responded very promptly to our service needs.

Needed servicing on my gas furnace today. Separately, evaluation of a 20 year old commercial multi-zone HVAC system.Herb and his team.Professional. Good people.Peace of mind for me.One more thing. When Herb and Scottie were evaluating the commercial site HVAC for us, we needed to inspect a flat roof and didnt have a ladder. It was starting to rain. They offered to get their ladder for us. Even after their inspection was done, they stayed so we could see the roof. They held the ladder for us so we wouldnt slip. They did not have raincoats and were getting wet. We offered to stop. They told us to keep going, and said it with a smile.
