I was pleased with Elliots House services at first - the online system was easy to use and the phone Meet & Greet was detailed and professional.However, I scheduled 3 visits - a Friday evening, Saturday morning, and Saturday evening - but no one came on the Saturday evening...One of my cats takes medication in the evening for a heart condition, and luckily he is okay, but I wont be using Elliots House service again. I cant risk my cats health.

My very tired Pepper had a great time boarding with all her doggie friends this week! We love Elliots House for all their great care and services. Day care has been amazingly helpful to my family. No need to keep her crated up at home for a long day, waiting for a walk because Pepper can spend the day playing instead.

This is a picture of a very tired cattle dog and it is very hard to get a cattle dog tired but everyday that she attends daycare at Elliots House in Somerville, she comes home just like this, TIRED! Every day that we pull up out front, she goes crazy, she loves this place and she loves the people that work here. The staff are such wonderful people and really seem to enjoy the animals and their job. I love the Instagram photos that they post throughout the day and my wife and I love to sit and watch them when we get home and boy do we laugh. So creative. I was really nervous about leaving my pup someplace and checked out a lot of places and am very glad we landed here. If you are out there looking for a quality day care provider for your pup/dog, here it is!!!!!

Outstanding experience with Elliotts House!! We are extremely picky and protective when it comes to our dog and the staff at Elliotts House took all of the time necessary to get to know us and our pup. Our dog absolutely loves it there!!! It is well worth the price everytime and we will be using their dog daycare, boarding and grooming services very frequently! Highly recommended, 5 stars is not enough!

Ive been using Elliots House since we moved to Somerville in January, and Im so happy we found them! Their dog walkers are wonderful and my lab, George, absolutely adores them. The dog walkers always send the sweetest text updates (with photos!) - its so comforting to receive them at work, knowing George is being taken care of and having a blast.The staff is absolutely lovely, and Valerie - who Ive corresponded with multiple times, sometimes to cancel dog walks last minute - is incredibly kind and helpful.One of my favorite aspects of Elliots House is how easy it is to set up a dog walk (or any other service you might need). Once you create an account, you can easily set it up on their website. They even have a calendar set up so you can see whos walking your dog on what day and time.I would highly recommend checking out Elliot House! Theyre trustworthy, responsive, accommodating - what more do you need?

Ive been using Elliotts for a couple of months - since I got my new Bassett hound, Eugene, in December last year. They have been great with daily walks, pet sitting and kennel services. I really appreciate the text messages with a picture on the days a walker comes to take him out for some exercise. Its wonderful to get those pictures while Im in crazy meetings at work!

Elliots House goes above and beyond to help their customers! We used them all the time when we lived in Somerville, and missed them when we moved out to the suburbs. We hadnt been to them in a while, but when we were in a last minute bind for boarding, they bent over backwards to help us, taking our dog super last minute and accommodating our pick up drop off requests. Would definitely recommend!

We have used Elliots House for dog walking, grooming, and boarding for years and could not be happier. They are responsible, trustworthy, and so good with our pups. The dogs always come back from boarding exhausted and happy. And Elliots House has gone above and beyond to help us in other situations, like stopping by to check on things when we were out of town. We would recommend them to anyone we know!

Kaito loves being picked up to go to daycare! He looks out the window from the 12th floor for the van... After daycare, we can tell that he has dissipated energy playing with his buds, allowing for him to act very civilized and content when we return home from work. Were happy that hes happy.

I LOVE these guys! My husband and I went to visit my mom in Boston a few weeks ago and took my two puppies with me. (One is a pug shitzu and one is a black lab). Anyways, my mom does NOT like big dogs so we had to find a place to put my 85 lb black lab during the day. My dog is HYPER (hes not even 1 yet) but when I picked him up in the evenings he was so calm and gentle. I could tell he had fun playing with the other doggies. I had no problem bringing him there almost every day of the trip.My mom is thinking about getting a dog (a little one) so I told her she has to take it here.If you ever need a doggie day care, seriously just go here. The prices are reasonable and the people are nice. I can tell they love pets :)

I have a bullie who has stayed at Elliots house twice while we were away. I have nothing but good things to say! Our little potato loves going there and is treated like family! I will continue to use their services.

I have been very happy with their pet boarding service! When I went to Canada, I never once worried about my dogs and I ALWAYS worry about my dogs. I have never been so happy to find such wonderful people to care for my pets when I am away.

This is the spot! The workers at Elliot House love your pet as their own. This is a multi-service pet place that walks, boards, and just really pampers your pets. All the employees love animals so much and the constant instagram and Facebook updates allow you to feel connected to your fur babies even when they arent with you. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.

$140 for pet grooming service on a standard poodle when the quote was $130. Pick up and drop off service I wasnt aware of until the night before. I would have rather dropped him off so I could meet the groomer and see the facilities. My dog is afraid of crates but none of the employees told me he would be created most of the time. He came back looking like a labradoodle and not a standard poodle cut.Would not recommend this grooming service for a large dog. I used the dog walking service and it was ok.

Dont waste your time and money on these incompetent people. My dog went for a trial boarding then they tried to charge me and say that my dog was not fit for their program because he dug a hole in their apparently amazing 7000 sq foot outdoor area where dogs can play and be dogs...
