I see Carol and Dr. Cruickshank, they are so kind and caring. I had a high-risk pregnancy and it had a lot of ups and downs. They were with me every step of the way. The nurse Kelly is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for me. Jane the receptionist was also so helpful. All the medical assistants I saw we great especially Beulah. I am so excited to work with them again.

I am so happy with this clinic. My doctor is Dr. Finkle and the nurse who usually helps me with things whatever it is I need is Nurse Kelly R. They make me feel comfortable and like they care about me, my pregnancy and my twin babies that I am carrying. They are so responsive and knowledgeable too! I have had a pleasant experience with all the other staff members that I have come in contact with as well! :)

Everyone here is great. The receptionists are kind and helpful. I mostly saw Carol and Dr. Cruikshanks, and I am so happy with my care there. Carol really takes time to listen and answer all the questions you can think of. Dr. Cruikshanks is very down to earth and pragmatic, she was the perfect doctor for me. Nurse Meghan is very responsive to emails (I love that feature!). I delivered at Mount Auburn and it was a good experience. I am sad to have moved away. There is plenty of parking but the spaces are small. The facility is clean and cozy.

Decent womens doctors, will continue here. I see Carol Tallon and shes really sweet and nice. Ive seen others here as well and theyve all been good. I cant talk to the previous review but Im pretty used to getting womens checkups and sometimes you just feel emotional, which isnt the docs fault. I have experienced good and bad receptionists but I really dont care what mood theyre in as long as everything goes relatively smoothly. I imagine that being a difficult job with a lot of difficult patients. It would be nice if they had later office hours since its hard to make an appointment and/or discuss womens issues when youre on your lunch break or at work without privacy.

Today I came up from Cape Cod for an appt with Carol. I didn’t want to have to come up during my summer vacation but I found out I was pregnant and when I called to make an appt the secretary told me I needed to be seen between 8 and 10 weeks and since I am 10 weeks I decided to make it work.I came up with my husband and four children, and on the way we told the kids they were going to have another little baby brother or sister and they were so excited! We told them we would go to a celebration dinner after I had my appointment to find out the due date.Unfortunately we hit some traffic due to construction getting from Newton to Belmont and it made us 15 minutes late. I apologized when we got there and explained that we had come from so far over vacation and that I was told I had to be seen this week, but they refused to see me. I was told I have to reschedule after coming all that way with my family so excited. I told them I wanted to speak with Carol who is so kind and would never turn me away knowing I had come from so far, but it turns out she left early even though she was supposed to be in an appt with me at that time.Dr. Cruikshanks delivered my son, and Carol was with me every step of the way, so to say that I am hurt to be treated so coldly and poorly is an understatement. The receptionists there have terrible client service and in fact lied to me and said she was with another patient when Carol had in fact left. They lack professionalism and common decency. I would not recommend this office to anyone, I would say to look for a place who really cares about each and every client, especially returning clients. I would say look to find a doctor and an office who values what they do. Delivering someone’s baby is not a just a business, you never forget your experience with any of the births of your children and you deserve to make sure it will be great from start to finish.

I have moved out of this area and glad that I dont need to return to this place.I chose this place that was only because it was the closest in-network clinic. I had just moved to the US and did not know very much about the US health system, but you got to do research before you make an appointment, and I hope my review would help you.The receptionist girls were terrible, I said in the past tense because it was improved in 2 years. I think someone brave complained about them, and they got all fired (at least I didnt see them after a while), and now new girls are sitting there waiting for you. They are not the best, but they do their job much better than previous ones, give you a bit of smile and can say the word sorry .The nurses and technicians are good and nice there but my doctor was horrible. I dont know the other ones, some has good reviews on the review websites, so you should choose the doctors. My doctor was Jean Fechheimer, and you dont want to see her at all. She talks very softly and has smile on her face, sounds caring and nice, but when she does procedures, she does everything very rough! You know, Gynecologists deal with the feminine area, it is sensitive and need to be handled with care. I saw several doctors before, had pap tests, and had never thought it was painful or uncomfortable. However I thought she stubbed me with the Q-tip and after that she touched me like she was making a bread dough or something. it was just rough and it was hard to hold my mourning. From my experience, I did not want to see her again. So after a year, another appointment, I asked one of the rude receptionists to chance my doctor to another one, but what a surprise, when the door was open, Dr. Fechheimer was there with a kind of creepy smile. I was almost fainted because I swear to god, I didnt want the rough job again on me.And again, after a year, I asked the other one of those rude receptionists again to change my doctors, and you know the ending, I saw Dr. Fechheimer again.I dont want you to experience this. Do not see the doctor if you dont want to feel like you are raped.

Fresh Pond is great! Nothing but positive experiences (GYN and OB both) with NP Carroll Tallon and Dr. Yehezkel.
