Fair gate Estate provides amazing accommodations and service to their living assisted residents. Every precaution is thought about and enacted. Jennifer her staff are amazing. We moved a family member from a big facility to this amazing home-like residential facility. We have had great experiences all the way around with communication and care. Our family member has been there for a year!

This is an assistant living facility. Very beautiful inside. They film an episode of Leverage there a few years ago. Very beautiful grounds to walk around.

I went to a beautiful wedding at the Fairgate. The Service was excellent and we couldnt be more pleased with how wonderful our servers were. However my only complaint is that the bill included a generous service charge and therefore we didnt tip our servers. I later found out that none of the servers received any portion of the assumed gratuity. This seems very misleading and dishonest. The amount of money spent at this facility is more than enough that a client should leave feeling like each server was grossly compensated for all their hard work. Other than that, The Fairgate was lovely.

We were here for a wedding nye. The venue was very well done.
