The absolute WORST experience with a doctor office. It took a months to get an appointment. They requested my medics records before the appointment so I physically dropped them off to Dr. Sievers assistant. When I showed up for my appointment 20 mins early they waited for 45 mins to tell me they don’t have my medical records in the office (they somehow were in another location now) and I need to reschedule for another day as the doctor could not see me without them. Simple error yet ZERO compassion on their side. When I asked for my medical records they said they would have to charge me for them. They have no consideration for your health and well being. They only care about their procedures which suck. Dirty facility, rude staff, and I would not recommend them.

I have been seeing Dr. Tammy Cheng since 2015 . And I couldnt ask for a better rheumatologist. She is very kind and listens to every question I have ,and gives me answers I understand. I have Scleroderma. And I am doing well. Thankyou !! And her staff in Camarillo are all awesome too!!
