I brought my mom here and was impressed. she had gotten hearing aids years ago from a different place but this is much better. she selected a set and then got fitted. we go back in two weeks for adjustment and then they see her every 3 months to make sure things are going well. this is a positive life changing experience. it was getting so difficult to talk to her before. she has to remind me not to tell now. i HIGHLY recommend you try this place.

My experience at the Camarillo office was wonderful. The receptionist was friendly. Dr. Barret St. Germain is very knowledgable and understands the issues with the devices and the hearing impaired person. My experience there took me from the 50s to the latest technology.

My experience with My Hearing Center has been excellent. Just not happy with hear.com! After giving my credit card info (my mistake) no contact whatsoever. No texts answered no phone contact, just bad business all the way around. Totally disappointed with service from hear.com. My Hearing Center’s handling of appointments and the care given with the new aid has been excellent. The secretary even tried calling on my behalf and she got no answer from hear.com! Have immense reservations of going through hear.com again! Sorry for bad review but it is just the way I feel about service received!

Was fitted last week with new rechargeable hearing aids. Both Barett St. Germain and Megan were most helpful and accommodating. The hearing aids and extent of personal attention detail is outstanding. Recommend highly.

Gary and his outstanding quality products are exceptional! I went through SO MANY DISAPPOINTING PRODUCTS with my Dad years ago... He spent Thousands of dollars on SO MANY different ones. It became a source of daily frustration for him and was painful to watch.But, the technology that MY HEARING CENTERS products have to offer is wonderful! They’ve helped a friend AND, my husband; who had hearing loss following chemo therapy. AND.. The MOST pleasant part of our visits are Gary and Megan. They are both exceptional! It’s always been a very good visit as we leave!

I love My Hearing Centers on Las Posas Road. I started going there almost two years ago for my hearing test, fitting for my hearing aids and subsequent visits. Staff are friendly, professional and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone who is anticipating the need for hearing aids. I also got a great deal when purchasing my hearing aids. My Hearing Centers is competitively priced. They continue to take care of my hearing aids since I purchased them.

I like the way they respond to my concerns and with safety in mind will attend to my hearing needs and they answer any questions I may have.

Great experience. Had difficulty getting new hearing aids up to speed Gary would not ok as an answer, insisted I come in for a fresh test and programming. Went to movies over the weekend, first time I enjoyed for many years, thank you Gary and thanks to Megin for making sure I showed up 6 stars
