My mom has been living at Blue Oak for a few years. She has dementia and needs total care. I cannot say enough about how kind and competent the caregivers are. Mom is very well fed with homecooked fresh meals. She is now at the stage where she has to be spoon fed, and I know that must take a tremendous amount of patience. She is always very clean and well dressed. They make sure she is up every day to be out of her room with the other residents. I receive texts, photos and videos from the caregivers, which are great so I can see how she is between visits.The facility is very homey and always spotless.I assume they are dispensing Moms medications correctly- she hasnt been to the doctor, except for her annual physical, for a couple of years.Management made strict policies to keep the residents safe during the pandemic and I greatly appreciate that all have stayed well and healthy. I have been having window visits, talking to her on phones.Communication with staff and management has been very easy and keeps my mind at ease that Mom is well cared for.

While i was searching senior living facilities and assisted living facilities near me in Ventura county, i came across Ocean Breeze Estate and what an amazing location and friendly staff. outstanding customer service answered all my questions that i needed and they are licensed and certified specialists in senior living, meal preparation, medication monitoring, house keeping, medication, and memory care service. the nursing home assisted living facility is super clean and neat, yet to say welcoming. I highly recommend this place !

I am a Social Worker for a hospice agency in Ventura County. I have placed patients in these homes, and have found them to be of great quality and service. They go above and beyond for their residences, and their families. Im really impressed by the care of their residences. The owner is very hands on and exceeds expectations.

I have personally worked with this facility and their sister homes as a hospice provider. I am a registered nurse and I overlook the care that my patients get from the caregivers and my staff. I highly recommend this facility because their caregivers show so much compassion and love to their residents. I also love that their caregivers are team players when it comes to the plan of care for the patients.
