Go away from the owner, therapist Jeanette....my son has ADHD, has been with this therapist for several years ( from 7-10 years old) , never had any improvement with his ADHD. She is lazy, doesnt have good experiences and skills with kids, all she did is just sit behind her table and ask questions, talk, interrogate child, set up games to let child complete different levels, my son felt so boring and couldnt focus long during her sessions. And the worst is, in the last few months being with her, she gave my son an electronic device during the sessions to play video games instead of setting up games. I dont want my son get addicted in video games, I really doubted her professional skills. Even with those video games, my son still complained that the video games were so boring!Then happened another issue....I had a new job last year ( in 2020), then changed my sons health insurance from Medcaid to another one, but the another one doesnt pay this therapy. Since the therapy is so expensive, I talked with Jeanette about this and finally stopped the sessions. One month later I resumed Medcaid for my son and found another therapist who can come over and play with my son at home, they talk with each other like friends, play poker, chess and all kinds of other games together, the new therapist spends valuable time company my son whenever he comes, my son likes him, always feels happy playing with him. But terrible things happened....Jeanette started to send me message asking for money she claimed for several sessions ( more than $500). I didnt believe that, after communicating with her, she first said it was wrong, then sent me a list for 5 sessions I owed her. I stopped talking with her. And then after a year, she let her attorney sent me letter let me pay her money, otherwise she is going to sue me and let me pay off all her lawyer fees... O.M.G!!! I dont think she is a professional therapist, in stead of focusing on provide good service to her clients, all her focus is on the money her clients might owe her. I dont want to argue with her on $500 anymore, its not worthy. I paid her finally since she needs that $500 dollars more than me. And finally I am released...
