I have been a patient of Dr Medavaram for a number of years and he is very personable and patient. Very knowledgeable and accepts patients advocating for their own health. Always refers further professional opinions when necessary.

Terrible, should be closed immediately. Office have yet to retrieve my medical records from my old doctor. Its been nearly three years. The wait is awful. I left work early for a 3:30 appointment and waited til 4:10 before I was taken to a room where I waited to 5:05 before I got ready to walk out. I was told he took an emergency walk in but I could never get short notice appointments.

Ive been with Dr. Medavaram for years now he genuinely cares and what he cant help with directly he will refer you to someone who can deal with your problem. The staff is great and they also care

I didnt choose this office for my children, their dad did and I cant wait to find somewhere else. EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME. . . It doesnt matter if Im early, on time or 5-10 minutes late, it doesnt matter if Im just trying to get test results, immunizations or a simple physical. . . Were ALWAYS WAITING FOR HOURS. . .

I have been to this location 3 to 4 times before today. I want to start off by saying I loved the doctor I was seeing. The restrooms are horrible with a foul smell and the nurses that I have had have awful dental hygiene. I came in for a follow up from the ER for this particular visit. The last time I was here I had an issue with how long it took to see the doctor. Unfortunately I experienced the same but only worse. I called ahead to say that I was going to be 10-15 minutes late, but I was 20 mins late due to traffic. They understood. I sat in the waiting area for 15 minutes before asking when I would be seen. The receptionist said I dont know. I asked if I can just get a call back for my results as I had other things to do before I pick up my child. She said they couldnt do that, I had to be seen for results. The receptionist called a nurse and was told I would be seen right then. However that wasnt the case either I was called 5 mins later. I was seen by the nurse and told the doctor would be with me soon. I sat there for at least 15-20 mins and finally went to ask the supervisor why I had been there for 45 mins and hadnt seen a doctor. She said he was very busy. She went to find out and said he was just in my room. I said thats because I just left to come to the front. I asked if I could get the same respect as I gave them when I called to let them know I would be late. I said if this continues I would find another doctors office. I went back to the room to wait for him once again for 10 mins and decided to bring them my file so that I can leave and not be charged for my session. I guess I did something wrong because the nurse snatched it out of my hand and said Im going to need that back and told the supervisor I just took my file chart. My chart was not going to leave that facility, I just wanted to hand it back to them. The receptionist was very rude and so was the supervisor. The supervisor did not care that I was going to take my business elsewhere because she told me I could find another doctor per my earlier statement. Very unprofessional, any other business establishment would first try and understand the frustration of their client this supervisor had no intention of listening to me. I tried to be as nice as I could, I never raised my voice or used profanity. I dont think I was being rude however they took it as that. In the end I waisted an hour of my day and was never seen or given an apology for my time.

Hate this place, unprofessional and the wait is to long. Only for my son but, this is the last time still waiting after a hour.
