I didnt have the best experience with Elliots Appliance. I called and made a appointment for Friday at 2pm. Friday comes along and Ive left work early and get him and wait and wait and finally call after a hour and thirty minutes to see why they hadnt arrived or even called. They said they had a emergency and I should have been called. They were polite and apologized but it was a huge inconvenience because my refrigerator isnt working I had waited the while week for the appointment just to have to find someone else during the weekend to try to come the next week.

I would recommend Elliots appliance repair to anyone. They call back when they say they will, they show up when they say they will. My fridge started making a loud noise a couple weeks ago. It would have cost more to repair it than to replace it (damage from hurricane michael when the power was restored). Gave me a diagnostic overview for my insurance company and charged me very little. I greatly appreciated the honesty and the prompt service I received. Definitely keeping their number handy for any future needs.

Called to find out how to tighten the handle on my 83 year old Mother In Laws refrigerator door handles and he walked me through exactly what to do. Fixed it right away from his instructions! THANK YOU VERY MUCH! He will be the first one I call when in need of a repair.

Called 20 Dec and made appointment for 31 Dec 18 to have my stove repaired. I received a call early that morning that they would not make it because he was out of town, so rescheduled for 5 Jan at 9am. I got up early for new appointment but they were a no-show. I tried calling several times throughout the day and left two voice mails but no answers. Even tried the Contact Us Now message option on website, but again no reply. Two weeks and two missed appointments later now and still not able to use stove.

Honest, fast, professional and reliable! My wash machine started making a really loud grinding noise, had no idea what was going on with it, called a couple places, but wasnt impressed with anyone else until I called Elliotts. Would definitely use again, highly recommended!

I originally called him to look at a 3 year old chest freezer. Then found out it would only cost us $179 to replace it. I asked him to cancel, but then remembered we had a fridge in the garage that was acting up. All in all, he fixed the problem on the fridge, told me what was wrong with a washing machine that we had 3 different companies out to look at (turned out to be what I had been telling the other guys) and he went ahead and looked at the chest freezer and he fixed that for $45. Advanced Appliance Repair came to my home and gave me bad diagnosis on my water heater. They doubled the initial cost and lied about parts cost. I called Elliotts and he came out. Cole not only fixed my water heater but charged me 85.00 less. Awesome service and professional. An honest man.

We called Elliotts to see about getting our washing machine fixed. After already spending $200 at another repair place and taking back to a second place and being told it would be ANOTHER $200 to actually fix the problem, we started calling around for prices to see if it would be any cheaper since we already new it was the suspension rods. He was very insightful and HONEST. He told us that he could fix the washer for about $100 less than the other places in town but what really got us was that he was the first repairman to tell us about the Samsung class action lawsuit that has been going on. We had no idea about these issues people were reporting. Instead of just taking our money and fixing the problem he suggested we cut our losses and just go buy a new one. If we ever have any other appliance problems in the future, I will absolutely be calling Elliotts first! Thank you for being so honest and not ripping us off like every other repair place in this town!
