It felt like the heat was on. No AC at all.

Love this place. Plenty of walking trails and dog park. Baseball, softball and tennis. Area for small groups of volleyball,soccer. Two restrooms. And plenty of handicap parking.

What a beautiful day at Calhoun Recreation Park, the walking and biking trails are wonderfully designed as to take you through the wooded areas along side of the creek and back around through the fields of grass. Just a very serine place. Loved it.

This is a really nice facility. Parking can be an issue because of other activities at the recreation center. Viewing tennis matches is hard because theres only one area to sit and watch.

Calhoun Rec. Center is an awesome facility for swimming, tennis, and more! Great facility and great people who run it and maintain it!

Definitely a great experience so far. The basketball gym is great, and everyone seems to be getting along good. There is also a pool. The tennis court is filled with good players, and you can have lessons there, and they pride themselves on being USTA members. The walking track, the baseball field, and some people training in football... I come down from South GA and have not seen a positive community environment such as this one. Maybe its the people that make it, but Calhoun recreation department is a beauty to be in, and best of all, its free.

A great place to go play some night tennis or just stroll the park in peace.

A great place to go to if youre homeless ! They have restrooms, lots of shade from big trees and a creek and trail to walk on !

The pool needs to train their lifeguards specifically Emory Dunn to better handle children and not embarrass the kids in front of everyone.

Great place to sign kids up for extra curricular activities and also run a few basketball games. Cordial and understanding staff members

They keep the pool clean and follow red cross rules. The lifeguards are helpful. Bath areas are clean.

Love the new added walking track

Love going for walks with my dog. There are several different playgrounds, tennis courts, a walking trial, basketball, baseball, football and more. You can catch some great sunsets too. And sight see, theres a little creek running through the park. Its a wonderful place to take pictures as you can see.Id like to update my review. I took a visit a few days ago and I could not be any unhappy about the current condition of the newest walking trail around the pond.Its been neglected for the longtime, its been taken over by weeds and over growth. You can no longer enjoy views of the pond , nor see the birds around the pond.Im 55 and its taller than me. Why did all that money be put towards a project that no ones willing to upkeep. Theres no place to do walks in Calhoun. Youd think it would be fairly easy to manage a few acers of land.Oh but the football area is like out of a magazine. Couldnt be any nicer. Too bad I dont play. So I could ymenjoy where all the funds are going.Please clean up and keep up the walking areas. Less mosquitos and bugs would be pleasant.

Open space to be closer to nature in the middle of the city. Great for kids but playgrounds start to deteriorate without regular maintenance.

It is our community tennis center, and e love it.

I signed my son up for basketball, havent heard anything from the rec or any coaches about practice and playing. When I got a hold of the coach, they already started practicing and playing.Tried to get my money back, you will not get a full refund.

The lady was rude when we was leaving and said we was late getting out when we left at 1:21 pm they give you 30 minutes before and after to clean up and set up.. We will not be going back again

The bathrooms at Palmer and Calhoun City parks are a disgusting embarrassment.

The trash was overflowing and the restrooms needs TLC beside Tennis Courts but restrooms at Ballfields are very clean...
