A Great place to workout with everything you need to get the fullest results. The Staff is helpful and it does not suffer from overcrowding. Everyone is super friendly and its also a great place to workout in peace with no distractions!

Is a great place to get your pump on. Have a place for women to work out if they dont want to be on the main floor infront everyone. Have a great price for membership. And also the classes are great.

Nice gym. Has everything you need.Pros:Plenty of equipment and free weights.Doesnt get too crowded (5 seems busiest).Cardio room/classes (mostly for women).Daycare (what sold on the place).Price is competitive.Friendly enough staff.Cons:Old equipment that could use some better maintenance (tighten up nuts/bolts, etc).44/33/22 lb weights! Sell em and get new ones! They do have enough Standard plates, but you have to search.Cardio room only for classes instead of additional room for members to flip tires, push sleds, slam ropes, and do circuit style exercise.Gym hours not very convenient for modern world (no 24 hours here), closes at 8 on Friday, 5 on weekends.Overall good gym and gets the job done.
